I'm going to take a semester and rent my nice room. With two windows it is nicely bright and since it is oriented to the backyard from the house, very quiet. The room is not huge but very well cut. I leave the furniture for the time inside, so the room comes with 1.40m bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, side table and mirror. The photos are not so top and since I'm not here I can't make any better, but I'd like to send you a few videos if you need:)
The city centre is reached by bike in approx. 7 minutes, the next Edeka is on foot 3 minutes away and the bus stop is practically outside the door 🚲 🌞
Your future roommates are Carla, Clara and Lisanne. The three are very warm and super great roommates. Since Clara writes state exams in April, we value that you don't throw a party with us every weekend, but otherwise the three are always for a nice evening with us in the kitchen or on the balcony. We are not a purpose WG and like to spend time with each other, but no one is evil when you get back. 🫂
As far as the rental period is concerned, I am relatively flexible. So if you need the room from or until the 15th, we'll definitely get it. 🕺
I wish, of course, that you treat my things well and take over my tasks in the WG as regards the cleaning plan 🧽
