The room has about 11.5 m2 and a direct balcony access.
We left a cork floor in the apartment and painted the walls white in September. Through the window and the balcony door it is nicely bright. We can offer a closet and a cardboard bed to put in the room. A chair and a bedside table can be found. You have to bring a mattress and maybe a desk. If you want to bring your own stuff, you'd like to.
The apartment is otherwise completely equipped.
The apartment has 3 more rooms plus kitchen and shower room and toilet separate.
The apartment also includes two cellars and a shared bicycle cellar.
The living room, bathrooms and kitchen are of course for shared use.
The apartment is in the Rumphorstviertel.
In 2 minutes you will be at the Hoppengarten in the fields or just behind the canal. The bike is 10 to 15 minutes in the city centre.
Buses go to town every 10 minutes. A net, a baker, a pharmacy and doctors are on foot.
The location is very quiet and in the green.
We are a young queer family with then 2 children of 2 years and probably 2 months.

During the day, I'm here with the baby.
Our great and my wife Maike are in care and work.
Maike and I are an educator and social assistant. I have been living in Wgs and Maike for about 14 years.
Our current roommate is moving to the hamlet.
We would like to fill the room with a new person as long as the baby is still so small. With our present roommate, we have a close friendly relationship. We are happy to play games together, go to concerts or make walks.
At the moment we have a common refrigerator and each one simply serves. But we can imagine everything possible.

Logically, we can't promise that the baby is still at night. If you have big problems with children's noise and a dog, unfortunately it doesn't fit. Also we're the wrong parties here in the apartment.
If you want to live with a super friendly, non-haired, non-smokering dog and a colorful family with corners and edges you will be happy to report.
If you also like to play or watch series it fits even better.
We are politically safe to sort in the left, green and feminist corner.
We usually eat vegetarian/ vegan.
