Room

Hello:)
I'm Hannah and I'm leaving my great WG, which is why my room is being released.
It is a 15 m ² bright room at the RHW. The room is located to the north side and has large windows. The apartment has a large kitchen fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, stove and even a private washing machine. We also have the luxury of a bathroom and an extra toilet, so you don't have to stand a line in the morning when everyone has to get out of the house at the same time. The rent is 330 Euro and everything is included (also Internet).

Situation

The apartment is located in the 2nd OG at the front of the RHW in Setrup at the border with Gievenbeck. It is therefore very close to the university (especially to the natural sciences, parts of the FH, as well as the Leocampus, sports campus with a campus gym, a campus café) and also the Yorkshire centre (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, pharmacies etc.) can be reached in just under 5 minutes by bike. If you don't want to cook, there are also bakers and döner / pizza in walking distance. Both the Mensa on the ring, FH Mensa and the D- Vinci- Mensa can be reached in max. 5 minutes. The public transport system can be reached within a few minutes on foot. We are personally very happy with the location, as you can come to the city centre in a maximum of 15min by bike, in 10min to Lake Aa. The area is still quiet and green, so you can find many walks and jogging trails.

WG life

We live in this WG in four. We are Merle (23, architectural student), Pauline (24, dentistry student), Lilli (21, food chemistry student) and hopefully soon you. We best get to know each other better during a conversation;) We four would call ourselves open and relaxed WG, which we want to have with you in the future. We probably don't need to write so much about the typical WG points: cleanliness and reliability are of course.
We want a good mood in the WG and a friendly approach. At the moment, however, we do not have the most active community life because of the examination phase. This will come back.

Zimmer

Hallo :)
Ich bin Hannah und verlasse leider demnächst meine tolle WG, weswegen mein Zimmer frei wird.
Es ist ein ca. 15 m² großes helles Zimmer im RHW. Das Zimmer ist zur Nordseite hin gelegen und besitzt große Fenster. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche die voll ausgestattet ist: zwei Kühlschränke, Ofen, Herd und sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine. Wir haben außerdem den Luxus von einem Bad und noch einem extra WC, sodass man morgens nicht Schlange stehen muss, wenn mal alle gleichzeitig aus dem Haus müssen. Die Miete beträgt 330 Euro und es ist alles enthalten (auch Internet).

Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG ganz vorne im RHW in Sentrup an der Grenze zu Gievenbeck. Zur Uni ist es also sehr nah (besonders zu den Naturwissenschaften, Teilen der FH, sowie dem Leocampus, Sport-Campus mit Campus-Gym, Campus-Café) und auch das Yorkcenter (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, Apotheken etc.) ist in knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Wenn du mal keine Lust hast zu kochen gibt es auch Bäcker und Döner/Pizza in fußläufiger Nähe. Sowohl die Mensa am Ring, FH Mensa als auch die Da-Vinci-Mensa sind in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. ÖPNV ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Wir persönlich sind sehr glücklich mit der Lage, da man in maximal 15min mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt, in10min zum Aasee kommt. Trotzdem ist die Umgebung ruhig und grün, sodass man viele Spaziermöglichkeiten und Joggingstrecken findet.

WG-Leben

Wir wohnen zu viert in dieser WG. Wir, das sind Merle (23, Architektur-Studentin), Pauline (24, Zahnmedizin-Studentin), Lilli (21, Lebensmittelchemie-Studentin) und hoffentlich bald du. Am besten lernen wir uns bei einem Gespräch besser kennen ;) Wir vier würden uns als aufgeschlossene und entspannte WG bezeichnen, die wir auch in Zukunft mit dir zusammen haben wollen. Zu den typischen WG-Punkten brauchen wir vermutlich nicht so viel zu schreiben: Sauberkeit und Verlässlichkeit sind selbstverständlich.
Wir haben Lust auf gute Stimmung in der WG und ein freundschaftlicher Umgang. Zur Zeit führen wir aber nicht das aktivste Gemeinschaftsleben wegen der Klausurenphase. Das wird aber auch wieder kommen.
