The apartment is located in the north of Munich, has a good bus connection almost right in front of the door and you only need 10-15 minutes to the city centre. You are both fast in nature and fast in the city and at the university. So the bike is ideal. Mega is also good that a Lidl is right in the neighbouring house, so you can also get something very spontaneously, if you need something quickly and in general you don't have much to buy. But there is also a rewe or DM 500m further at the York Center and there are many fitness studios and everything else in the area. So there is actually no wish. The apartment also includes a basement, a bike base and a parking lot, if you want, you could discuss this with the landlady.

Die Wohnung liegt im Norden Münsters, hat eine gute Busanbindung quasi direkt vor der Tür und man braucht nur 10-15 min in die Innenstadt. Man ist sowohl schnell in der Natur als auch schnell in der Stadt und an der Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad also ideal. Mega gut ist auch, dass ein Lidl direkt im Nachbarhaus ist, sodass man auch sehr spontan noch was holen kann, falls man Samstagabends noch schnell was braucht und generell keine weiten Wege zum Einkaufen hat. Gibt aber auch noch 500m weiter einen Rewe oder DM beim York Center und es gibt viele Fitnessstudios und alles andere in der Umgebung. Es bleibt also eigentlich kein Wunsch offen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerraum, Fahrradunterstand und ein Parkplatz, wenn du möchtest, das könntest du dann mit der Vermieterin besprechen.

We don't live together in the WG for so long, so we had to buy some new products for the WG. This cut is not yet fixed and we would discuss it with you before the move in.

The deposit, rent, etc. You have to settle everything with the landlady or the house administration. The rental price is the hot rental, only electricity and Wlan are added separately.

Wir leben auch noch nicht so lange zusammen in der WG, weshalb wir ein paar Erneuerungen für die WG anschaffen mussten. Dieser Abschlag steht noch nicht fest und wir würden den mit dir dann vor dem Einzug besprechen.

Die Kaution, Miete, etc. müsst ihr alles mit der Vermieterin bzw. der Hausverwaltung klären. Der Mietpreis ist die Warmmiete, nur Strom und Wlan kommen noch separat hinzu.
