Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster und ist somit sehr hell. Der Boden ist mit Parkett ausgelegt und die Wände sind weiß gestrichen.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ist doch zentral. Innerhalb 10-15 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (Germania Campus, Rewe, Lidl, York Center, ...)
Da es sich hier um eine WG Neugründung handelt, wohne bisher nur ich in der Wohnung.
Ich bin Paula, 19 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung zur MTLA an der UKM.
Und jetzt kommt ihr ins Spiel !
Da die Wohnung eine Drei-Zimmer Wohnung ist, suche ich noch zwei nette Mitbewohnerinnen, die wie ich an einem unkomplizierten und entspannten WG Leben interessiert sind.
Da wir uns ja alle neu zusammenfinden, können wir uns sicherlich noch darüber austauschen, wie wir uns das WG Leben im Einzelnen vorstellen.
