Cosy room with balcony in 2nd WG :) Gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon in lieber 2er WG :)

The apartment is located directly in the building of the York Center and the location could not be better. All important (and unimportant) shopping opportunities such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, Decathlon, ne Apotheke and even more you can reach in a minute walk. In addition, there is a gym (BeneFit) in the York Center, so you really don't find any excuse to let the sport fall out.🏋🏼 ♀️
Transport is great. Several bus lines depart directly from the York Center in all possible directions. By bike it is about 10 minutes to the Aasee and the city centre. On foot you are in nature within minutes, which invites you to a beautiful jogging or walk.☀️ In summer, the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes away for relaxing and swimming.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Gebäude des York-Centers und die Lage könnte somit nicht besser sein. Alle wichtigen (und unwichtigen) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, Decathlon, ne Apotheke und noch einiges mehr erreicht man in einer Minute zu Fuß. Zudem gibt es im York Center ein Fitnessstudio (BeneFit) sodass man wirklich gar keine Ausrede mehr findet den Sport ausfallen zu lassen.🏋🏼‍♀️
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist klasse. Mehrere Buslinien fahren direkt vom York-Center in alle möglichen Richtungen ab. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es zum Aasee und in die Innenstadt circa 10 Minuten. Zu Fuß bist du innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Natur, was zu einer schönen Jogging oder Spazierrunde einlädt.☀️ Im Sommer bietet sich auch das 3 Minuten entfernte Freibad zum entspannen und schwimmen an.

About me:
I moved to Münster and the WG in the last summer due to my university change and loves here very much. In the summer I am a lot outside and enjoy the time on my beautiful balcony. I also like to cook and bake (all vegan) and always have something to snack for the WG parat :)
I like traveling, traveling and outings or meeting with my friend: inside a coffee or go out and take a lot. Otherwise I also enjoy my time in the WG, make me paint, crochet, play guitar or take care of my plants🪴
If I'm well-run, I'd like to be active athletic, go for a round (which is very good here in the area) or try out in various university sports courses from🤸 ♂️
Otherwise, I also like to watch series and films, listen to a lot of music and podcasts and always like to attend a trash-tv evening💫

WG Life:
I'm not looking for a purpose World Cup and wishing for a harmonious coexistence by all being comfortable :)
That's why I'm looking for a love, open person who feels addressed to my description and can imagine a friendly, respectful WG life together☺️
I'm happy to talk to a tea/coffee or just in the kitchen, but I also have the fullest understanding when you pull yourself back and use your privacy.
Besides, I am a great friend of the cleaning plan and hope that you have a sense of order and cleanliness.

Über mich:
Ich bin aufgrund meines Hochschulwechsels im letzten Sommer nach Münster und in die WG gezogen und liebs hier sehr. Im Sommer bin ich viel draußen und genieß die Zeit auf meinem schönen Balkon. Außerdem koche und backe ich sehr gerne (all vegan) und hab immer was zum snacken für die WG parat :)
Ich bin gerne unterwegs, auf Reisen und Ausflügen oder treff mich mit Freund:innen auf einen Kaffee oder gehe aus und unternehme gerne viel. Ansonsten genieß ich aber auch meine Zeit in der WG, mach mich an kreative Projekte wie malen, häkeln, Gitarre spielen oder kümmer mich um meine Pflanzen🪴
Wenns gut läuft bin ich auch gerne sportlich aktiv, geh eine Runde laufen (was sich hier in der Umgebung sehr gut anbietet) oder probier mich in verschiedenen Hochschulsportkursen aus🤸‍♂️
Ansonsten schaue ich natürlich auch gerne Serien und Filme, höre viel Musik und podcasts und bin immer gerne bei einem trash-tv Abend dabei💫

WG Leben:
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG und wünsch mir ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, indem sich alle wohlfühlen können :)
Deshalb suche ich nach einer lieben, offenen Person, die sich bei meiner Beschreibung angesprochen fühlt und sich ein freundschaftliches, respektvolles WG Leben zusammen vorstellen kann☺️
Gerne verquatsch ich mich zwischendurch oder auf einen Tee/ Kaffee oder einfach in der Küche aber hab auch vollstes Verständnis, wenn man sich mal zurückzieht und seine Privatsphäre brauch.
Außerdem bin ich eine große Freundin vom Putzplan und hoffe, dass du auch ein gewisses Gespür für Ordnung und Sauberkeit hast.
Letzendlich lässt sich das WG Leben zu zweit einfach zusammen neu gestalten, wenn du Lust bekommen hast schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht in der du dich kurz vorstellst und beschreibst was deine Erwartungen an das WG-Leben sind! :)

For individual shared equipment and furniture, a discount of about 180€ is due + a discount for a few more furniture that my roommate would definitely like to leave. Which one would be, and how high the knock would be, she says again.

Additional costs are already included in the specified cold rental.
Other costs include electricity and Wlan.

Für einzelne gemeinschaftlich genutzte Geräte und Möbel wird ein Abschlag von etwa 180€ fällig + ein Abschlag für ein paar weitere Möbel die meine Mitbewohnerin auf jeden fall gerne da lassen würde. Welche im einzelnen das wäre und wie hoch der Abschlag wäre da sagt sie nochmal Bescheid.

In der angegebenen Kaltmiete sind bereits Nebenkosten enthalten.
Unter sonstigen Kosten sind Strom und Wlan enthalten.
