Love room seeker :)
I am on the way from 21.01-18.02 and would like to rent my room during the period.
The room is located in the basement of our 2-storey WG (3rd floor in the house) and looks south-east - sunrise so you can always get with the Münster sky! It is fully furnished and I would free up clothes stand/mode as needed and arrangement!
The overall apartment has everything human needs from basement to washing and dishwasher, bathtub, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful old wooden floor. In warmer or sunny weather we love the balcony where at the moment the sofa in the living room with a beamer calls!
The apartment is located on Hermannstraße, i.e. in a quiet street exactly between Hammerstraße, Weserlerstraße and the Promenade.
From the kitchen/balcony we look into a beautiful courtyard. To the front (your room and living room) we can almost see the next kiosk.
On foot you can reach the nearest bus stop (St. Antonius Church), in 5 minutes on the promenade and in 3 minutes on the Hammerstraße. The latter offers the Sparkasse/Volksbank, several bakers, kiosks, pubs, cafes, post etc.
Shops can be reached within 5 minutes by bike (Rewe, net, DM, Edeka and Lidl), as well as downtown, Hansaring, railway station and Aasee.

You would live with Hanne (25), Janek (27) and Lea (28).
Lea is always for a coffee with a squash and often for going to swim. Is very happy, mostly for other people and works as a social worker in a group of deaf persons. By the way, she is a trainer at the Funkys and through the shift service is an irregular home.
Hanne holds a PhD in Psychology and works at the university. To do this, she's a lot on the go with friends, playing tennis or cycling. She is happy to be with the WG and a round wizard during a relaxed evening in the South Park.
Janek is our WG chicks, but has already been very good! Also very much like drinking coffee, reading, cycling, being politically active and also doing a 2nd Master in Osnabrück.
Since we have all arrived next to the university in working life, the WG life is usually relatively quiet. But as it sounds up, for a kitchen talk, we're all to have when we meet :) In the meantime, however, there is also time for a beer or perhaps more. If it fits we cook (vegetarian/vegan) also for each other.
We have a cleaning plan in which we would like to change from one to the next, we would be happy if it continues to work well:) Otherwise, you would be more important to respect all people and not to choose the AFD.
The monthly rent is 344,34 and already includes all possible additional costs, as the period is slightly below a calendar month, amounting to 300 euros. Because of my furniture, I would like to take 200 Euro bail, but of course you will get back when everything is fine :)
Since it is a short period and we are currently all quite busy, a videocall would probably be enough and if we understand well, a personal knowledge!
