The room has 2 floor depth windows so that a lot of light falls into the room all day. It is 12 square meters large and rectangular cut. Our hall is quite large and can be used as well as our basement compartment for other storage facilities. The room is fully furnished. So, except for private items, everything remains in it so that you don't have the stress for the intermediate rental to buy new furniture. Included are the 1.40m wide bed including mattress, nightstand, desk with chair, small cabinet under the desk, wardrobe, TV, TV cabinet, wall mirror and a few more or less living room plants. In the WG we also have the luxury 2 identically constructed bathrooms and a dishwasher. In addition, floor heating is installed throughout the apartment, which can be regulated individually.
Our WG is located in a very modern student residence, right next to McDonalds on Weseler Straße. Shops are directly opposite our house, i.e. 2 minutes walk to the Rewe and 3 minutes walk to the net.
The aasee is about a 5-minute walk from our front door and by bike you can also be in the city in a few minutes.
There is no drive to the castle of WWU, depending on the driving style 5-10 minutes and also to the FH grounds on the Corrensstraße only a few minutes longer.
The train station is also about 8 minutes by bike or bus. All in all, the best location in Münster :)
We are Niklas (23), Joshi (19), Mara (21) and I, Inga (21). I just finished my communication science studies and I am now in New Zealand for a time and then 6 months in Dortmund for an internship. For this time we are looking for a dear person who adds our WG 🌟 Since I do not yet know where to make my Master, there is also the possibility to keep the room after the intermediate rental indefinite. Then unfurnished ☺️
Niklas studies BWL in the Master and is very interested in sports and good food. Joshi studies law and is also very sporty on the go, especially on rowing or on the race bike. Mara studies medicine and is a true spring with great passion for cooking and motor sports.
We all have our own daily rhythm and also a life outside the four walls, but we are all different than a purpose WG. We usually meet in the kitchen during cooking or do something outside. At our spontaneous or planned WG evenings, a social game is packed and we drink one or the other beer.
What has also proven itself is our cleaning plan. We rotate three services every week, once kitchen service, floor service and garbage service, so you have three weeks in a row and then a week break. You'd share the bathroom with Mara. At the bathroom we switch off, so that every 2 weeks you're on cleaning.
Generally, we don’t separate penilely “that’s what I’m making dirty, that’s not what I’m doing clean,” but everybody just cleanses a dish for the other. Therefore, you shouldn't be too chaotic, but not a chaot. A good thing would be perfect :)
Since kitchen and hallway are openly connected, it is important to increase attention to each other in the phases of the exam or other stressful times, so that the volume level is always adapted to the moods and life phases of the other roommates.
About you...
- You don't break every Friday after school all the tents to stay home until Monday morning and return back to the WG life on weekends (clearly, we're all at home, but consistently every weekend would be a bit bad)
- You are clean & neat, but not a cleaning freak
- We would be happy if you uploaded an image in your profile or send an image to your message to connect your message to a face.
