Your new room is about 18 m2 and is part of a 57m2 apartment. The room is already equipped with a 1.40m wide bed, a pull-out sleeping chair and a 50 inch TV. The rest of the furniture that can be seen in the photos and are in the room, I take with you. Of course you can also bring your own furniture and put the existing ones in the basement. The room also has a large window overlooking the garden.
I find the situation great, because on the one hand one is not disturbed by excessive noise and on the other everything is mega fast on foot or accessible by bike.
There is also a large meadow right in front of the house.
You are in 10 minutes by bike in the city and otherwise the nearest bus stop is just 2 minutes away.
Moin! You'd live with Ronja. Ronja is 26 years old and makes an education a book retailer. 📚 She appreciates a rather quiet atmosphere instead of wild house areas 😉
The large meadow in front of the house is perfect for summer evenings with various alcoholic drinks 😝.
It would be nice if cleanliness, reliability and self-responsibility are to some extent not foreign words for you. After all, no one wants to wear everything behind others or? :)
There is a separate washing machine and a separate storage room.
The apartment is currently under leased.
