The Wg is located by bike about 12 min from the old town. The train station is about 18 min. The nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk (Leonardo-Campus) and from there the lines 9 and R72 go to the station. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Dm are located in the York Center, which can be reached by bike in less than 5 min
If you like jogging or walking, you are in the middle of the fields in under 10 minutes.
The Sport Campus is located directly opposite the Wg- for university sports, the ne 10 of 10 hehe

Die Wg befindet sich mit dem Fahrrad ca 12 min von der Altstadt entfernt. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 18 min. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt (Leonardo-Campus) und von dort fahren die Linien 9 und R72 zum Bahnhof. Falls ihr gerne joggen oder spazieren geht seid ihr in unter 10 min mitten in den Feldern.

About us:
You would live with us Hanna and Noemi: Hanna is 21 years old and studies primary education music. She spends a lot of time with friends, tastes vegan recipes Sugar and hunting sausage almost knows her inside and out and regularly ensures that it smells like cake in the whole apartment. She often spends the weekends in her home or is on the move in the wide world, but when she is there, her big game collection is packed out regularly.
At this point: What is your favorite game🎲💃
Otherwise she also likes to knit or makes other smaller creative projects
Noemi is 24 years old and studies elementary music education at the Musikhochschule.
She lives for her study programme and so much likes to practice - if you have luck you sometimes hear her sing or play piano in the Wg. Otherwise she'll practice at the music college.
If you think your favorite color is bright blue then you haven't met Noemi yet... with it everything new is bought in blue hues :)
In her room are also many green tones, because she is a small plant mama and has really vieeele plants.🌱 Noemi loves her bullet journal very much and likes to paint incredibly. So if you need a craft accessory then she's the first address.

We understand and look very good at the WG and look for someone who likes to spend games evenings with us, cook vegan vegetarian together or tackle various creative projects such as balcony installation, but of course you can always retreat if you prefer to take a break. Generally, order and cleanliness are very important to us, but even there everything is important, if you have no time, you will have a longer pot.

Du würdest mit uns Hanna und Noemi zusammen wohnen: Hanna ist 21 Jahre alt und Studiert Grundschullehramt Musik. Sie verbringt viel Zeit mit Freunden, probiert Vegane Rezepte aus- Zucker und Jagdwurst kennt sie fast in- und auswendig- und sorgt regelmäßig dafür, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung nach Kuchen riecht. Sie verbringt die Wochenenden häufig in der Heimat oder ist in der weiten Welt unterwegs, aber wenn sie da ist, dann wird regelmäßig ihre große Spielesammlung ausgepackt.

Noemi ist 24 Jahre und studiert an der Musikhochschule Elementare Musikpädagogik.
Sie lebt für ihren Studiengang und übt dementsprechend sehr gerne- falls man Glück hat hört man sie manchmal singen oder Klavier spielen in der Wg. Sonst übt sie aber an der Musikhochschule.
Wenn ihr denkt, dass eure Lieblingsfarbe hellblau ist dann habt ihr noch nicht Noemi getroffen- bei ihr wird alles neue in Blautönen gekauft :)
In ihrem Zimmer sind aber auch viele Grüntöne, denn sie ist eine kleine Pflanzenmama und hat wirklich vieeeele Pflanzen.🌱 Noemi liebt ihr Bullet-Journal sehr und malt unglaublich gerne. Falls ihr also mal Bastelzubehör braucht dann ist sie die erste Adresse.

Wir verstehen und sehr gut in der WG und suchen nach jemandem der Lust hat Spieleabende mit uns zu verbringen, gemeinsam Vegan- Vegetarisch zu kochen oder verschiedene kreative Projekte wie z.B. Balkongestalltung anzugehen, aber natürlich kann man sich auch immer zurückziehen, wenn man lieber etwas Pause machen möchte. Generell ist uns Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, aber auch da gilt alles in Maßen, wenn man mal keine Zeit hat, bleibt halt mal n Topf länger stehen.

Equipment:
The WG is quite well equipped, with washing machine, microwave and even a washing machine rail (which is broken but still there:)), but nothing comes to our large south west balcony. ☀️ The WG is located on the third floor, but there is an elevator and both car parks are right outside the door.

As we have just renovated the living room, we would like to have a share of 20 Euros, and the deposit of 300€ would be added. We're looking for someone who would take over the main rental.
We would do the castings on 05.02. and 13.02.. Date of collection is 1.3.

Hanna and Noemi

Ausstattung:
Die WG ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschiene, Mikrowelle und sogar einer Spülmaschiene (die ist zwar grad kaputt, aber immerhin da :)), aber nichts kommt an unseren großen Süd- West- Balkon. ☀️ Die WG liegt zwar im dritten Stock, aber es gibt einen Aufzug und sowohl Fahrad- als auch Autoparkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür.

Da wir gerade das Wohnzimmer renoviert haben wünschen wir uns einen Anteil von 20 Euro, dazu käme noch die Kaution in Höhe von 300€. Wir suchen auf Dauer jemanden der die Hauptmiete übernehmen würde.
Die Castings würden wir am 05.02.und am 13.02. machen. Einzugsdatum ist der 1.3.
