Hi zusammen :) Da ich ein Auslandspraktikum mache, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer von Januar oder Februar (nach Absprache) bis Ende März.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße raus, die Fenster sind aber super dicht, sodass es nicht laut ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung geräumig. Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Tageslicht und eine große Küche mit Fenster und Blick ins Grüne. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Induktionskochfd und allem, was man sonst so braucht. Wir haben einen Kellerraum, in dem du auch Möbel etc. unterbringen könntest und eine Was hmaschine im Waschkeller.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert untervermietet mit Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Bett + Matratze, Regal, Kommode, Kleiderstange und Lampen.
Hi everyone :) For a semester abroad I’m not in Münster and am subrenting my room from January/Febuary until end of March.
It’s a large room facing the street. The noise level is ok though due to the quality of the windows. We have a large and bright bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped well. Apart from that, we have a room in the basement where you could store stuff.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 15-20 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke). Zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weit.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Netto ist direkt gegenüber und ein Edeka liegt auf dem Weg in die Stadt. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind eine Apotheke, Sparkasse, Pizzaladen, Fahrradwerkstatt und diverse Ärzte.
The room is locatet about 10-15 minutes by bike to town and 15-20 minutes by bus (the bus stop is right in front of the building). There are shops as well as a pharmacy, bank, pizza place and doctors closeby.
Du würdest mit einer neuen Mieterin zusammen wohnen, die auch im Januar einzieht, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin Münster verlässt. Daher kann ich dazu noch nicht viel sagen. Es wird aber in jedem Fall keine Zweck-WG sein sondern eine Person, mit der man auch mal nett quatschen und vielleicht auch was unternehmen kann.
Wichtig ist in jedem Fall ein respektvolles Miteinander und Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen.
You’d live together with a new roomage that is also only moving in in January. It’s important that the flatshare remains a place where everyone can feel comfortable. Communication should be part of the co-living.
