Hey, my roommate and I live in a nice, cozy apartment in the Hansaviertel. However, I will go to Switzerland for three months from January. That's why I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my room for this period.
The apartment is about 70sqm and was refurbished at the beginning of this year. My room is about 24sqm tall plus a small balcony that my roommate and I share. The room is already furnished, but of course, I will pre-expose my personal items. If you have some furniture, we can see if they can find room in the apartment and otherwise there is the possibility to place it in the basement.
You'd fit right in here if you're an open and nice person. Bonus point if you are a plant lover*in.
The apartment is located between the station and the port, so the location is very central. Also several supermarkets, as well as the port market are just a few minutes walk. Nearly right outside the door are also many bars and cafes.
A little bit to me: I am currently working and want to start studying next October to take advantage of my time until then, I go to Switzerland for a few months and will work there in the gastronomy.

To keep the apartment clean, there is a rough cleaning plan, but of course we will still walk with you in peace.
We like to have friends too, but big parties are not possible because we have very many neighbours and we want to take care of them
