The room is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated monastery building. The upper two floors are virtually residential homes, which is why many young people live here.
The room has good 20 square meters and is beautifully bright through the two southern windows. All your furniture is loose! The ceilings are very high, which is why all your wall decoration should be good.
Each room has its own sink, which is equipped with a mirror and a lamp.
The bed and desk belong to the monastery and can be taken over (but not have to). There are also other furniture that you can use for free.
The monastery is located in Münster Neutor, about 10 minutes by bike from downtown.
In the area there is a rewe and the Yorckcenter in about 5 minutes walking distance, where all shops from DM to Lidl have a place.
The Leonardo Campus is also not far, here you need about 5 minutes by bike.
Despite the proximity to the city center, the room is very quiet, as it points towards the garden. This is very large and invites you to a walk in the summer.
On the floor we are approx. 15 people you don't see. Active cohabitants are only about 7 people. Many people study here, but as an apprentice I always felt welcome.
We understand each other well and a chat in the kitchen in the evening belongs to it, but one must remember that this is rather a home, so there is no such extreme living together, so you can also get rid of it if you want.
The kitchen is a shared kitchen and has 2 ovens and stoves, 3 refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. There are also smaller kitchen appliances and several storage cabinets.
You always share a toilet and a bathroom, so you and another person. The person you would share with you both is very nice, so you can be calmed;)
The room costs 550 euros warm, including storm, water, heating and internet.
There is an elevator and the house has a ramp, but lead to the kitchen 2 small steps, which is why it is not completely barrier-free.
We also have a bicycle cellar.
You don't have to be Christian to live here.
