Hi.
I am Maren and move from mid-February to the beginning of WiSe 25/26 to my homeland to complete my semester. That's why my WG room is free. Adelina, my roommate is also studying at the faculty. Besides her studies she goes to work, meets with her friends or goes dancing. The WG life is very harmonious with us, because we agree well and place great value on cleanliness and order.
Location
The apartment is close to the aasee balls and is therefore very well connected. To the castle you drive by bike about 5 minutes, to the train station about 10 minutes. There is also the possibility to get by bus anywhere. One of the bus stops is within walking distance only 1 minute. Shops such as Edeka, Rewe, Net or Dm can also be reached in no time.
The apartment
The WG is located in the 2nd OG of a multi-family house, where only an elderly lady lives. In the “Hof” there is the possibility to bike. If you'd prefer to close it, we'll be able to make room in the basement. A small basement compartment belongs to the apartment. But there is actually only stored. The area of the apartment is distributed over a hallway, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and the two bedrooms. In addition, we have a small balcony, but there are not really more than 2-3 people. For our herbs or a breakfast in the summer, it is completely enough. The kitchen connected to the balcony is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, thermomix, coffee machine and airfryer. Next to the kitchen is the living room with dining table and couch. Your future room can be reached from the hallway. The large, bright room includes a wardrobe, a dresser, the bed, a couch and the desk. In addition to the curtains, there is the possibility to darken the room using Rollos and keep it cooler in the summer.
