I offer my lovingly furnished room for rent. The room is about 12-13 square meters and is fully furnished. It is perfect for someone looking for a cozy, stylish and quiet accommodation.
The intermediate rental is intended for 3 months (01.02.25 - 01.05.25), but there may be a possibility to rent the room in the long term, as I do not know exactly if I stay in Münster :)
The room is bright and friendly, with furniture and warm accents that provide a pleasant atmosphere. There is a comfortable bed, a work desk or learning desk, a large mirror as well as sufficient storage space for clothes and personal items. The numerous plants give the room a natural and welcoming touch.
I may exchange the bed with my sister, but it will remain a 140cm x 200cm bed :)
The house is located in Mauritz, in a central location. Numerous bus stops are nearby. Aldi and Rewe are in the corner. Because the house is right on the ring, you get a few traffic noises. It's quiet at night. The room is also facing away from the street.
Your future roommates
In the WG live Bilal, Joshua and Joel – three relaxed, respectful and friendly roommates who appreciate a harmonious coexistence:
Joshua works, likes to draw passionately and shocks in his spare time. He is currently planning a longer stay in Japan to work there and get to know the culture better.
Joel studies architecture and is passionate about creative projects, especially 3D printing. He also cooks well and likes.
Bilal also studies Architekur and mainly uses his room as a work space and does not sleep in the WG.
Living together in the WG is very harmonious. Everyone attaches great importance to a proper relationship and respectful handling. You like to meet in the kitchen to talk, cook together or just talk a bit. At the same time, each respects the privacy of others, so that there is a good balance between community and retreat.
We look forward to a new roommate who shares these values and wants to become part of this relaxed WG!
There is a covered bicycle parking space and a small cellar room, which is quite full ^^^.
The landlords live on the ground floor and are very nice.
