Rooms in sweet 3-person WG on Weseler Street Zimmer in süßer 3er WG an der Weseler Straße

The connection of the WG is very good. In 10-15 minutes you will be in the city / university by bike. Alternatively, the bus that goes right outside the front door can take. It runs every 10 minutes and is at the main station in a quarter of an hour. The lake can also be reached within 5 minutes. Various supermarkets are within reach.

Die Verkehrsanbindung der WG ist sehr gut. In 10-15 Minuten seid ihr mit dem Rad in der Innenstadt/Uni. Alternativ könnt den Bus, der direkt vor der Haustür losfährt, nehmen. Dieser fährt alle 10 Minuten und ist in einer viertel Stunde am Hauptbahnhof. Auch der Aasee ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Verschiedene Supermärkte finden sich in erreichbarer Nähe.

The apartment has 3 rooms, which can be inhabited by each person. The place to meet is our kitchen.

Even if we are both on the road, the WG has not yet been a purpose-based WG and we wish that it will remain that way in the future. At the moment, Disney- film evenings are very popular with us. In your message, please tell us which of your favorite disneyfilm is:).
Of course, it is also totally fine if you want to get your door closed and need to have peace or learn. In general, a respectful and harmonious approach is very important to us.

A certain degree of cleanliness and order in the common areas is important to us. But that in a hurry something is still quite normal. If there's any trouble or if there's any other way to work better, we'll talk to you openly.

So if you have a little sense of humor and desire for community activities and are not a bribe, the chances are good that you will fit in with us;).

Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, die von jeweils einer Person bewohnt werden kann. Begegnungsort ist unsere Küche.

Auch wenn wir beide viel unterwegs sind, war die WG bisher auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG und wir wünschen uns, dass es auch in Zukunft so bleibt. Momentan sind Disney-Filmabende bei uns sehr angesagt, verrate uns in deiner Nachricht doch gerne welcher dein Lieblings Disneyfilm ist :).
Natürlich ist es aber auch total in Ordnung, wenn man seine Tür mal zu macht und Ruhe braucht oder lernen möchte/muss. Generell ist uns ein respektvoller und harmonischer Umgang sehr wichtig.

Eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen ist uns wichtig. Dass in der Eile mal was stehen bleibt ist aber auch ganz normal. Falls doch mal was stört oder anders besser klappen könnte, sprechen wir das offen an.

Wenn du also ein wenig Humor und Lust auf gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten hast und kein Schmierfink bist, stehen die Chancen gut, dass du zu uns passt ;).
