The apartment is very central to the train station and right between the beautiful South Quarter and the popular Hansaviertel.
Walking distance to the main railway station, Rewe and Lidl, a kiosk and actually all important things of daily need.
By bike you are in the city centre within 5 minutes and to the most common university buildings you can use the bike in less than 10 minutes. If you prefer to drive bus or the weather is bad, the bus stop Von-Steuben-Straße is only 100 meters away. Otherwise, the main railway station can also be reached very quickly on foot with all lines and local and long distance traffic.
The South Park is very close and you can reach the port or channel by bike or walk in just a few minutes

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral nah am Bahnhof und genau zwischen dem schönen Südviertel und dem beliebten Hansaviertel.
Fußläufig zu erreichen sind der Hauptbahnhof, Rewe und Lidl, ein Kiosk und eigentlich alle wichtigen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und zu den allermeisten Unigebäuden schafft man es mit dem Rad in unter 10 Minuten. Falls du lieber Bus fährst oder das Wetter schlecht ist, befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Von-Steuben-Straße nur so 100 Meter entfernt. Sonst ist der Hauptbahnhof mit allen Linien und dem Nah- und Fernverkehr auch sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Südpark ist ganz in der Nähe und zum Hafen oder Kanal kommt man mit dem Rad oder zu Fußauch in wenigen Minuten

The apartment consists of a small but fine kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower in one, as well as a hallway and two other rooms where the charming Paula and the loving Marija live.
Important to note, the washing machine is fortunate in the kitchen :)

But now to the two charming girls you would live with in the future:

Paula, 22, studies art history. Paula is the creative head of the WG, she has always new ideas about what you could change or where there is still something missing, maybe you will be part of one or the other project. It is always open to a chat between the door and the Angel and is on the side of all life issues with advice and action. With Paula, you can debate just as well about the Gossip last night as about complicated political decisions - it can always help. If she doesn't go steep in the evening at the Amp, you can meet her in the most beautiful cafes of Münster, cultural events and exhibitions or on a shopping trip in Münster's Second Hand scene. Paula's refrigerator is by far the healthiest of us, which makes her a good cook buddy.

Marija (21), studies psychology and has only moved to the WG last October. It not only brings fresh wind, but also a wonderful musical atmosphere. Often you hear them in your hand with their guitar as they practice or sing their favorite songs. Their music ensures a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. Marija is a powerful but at the same time very warm person who is always open to a good conversation – be it about life, its latest discoveries or just everyday life. In her spare time she likes to dance passionately, especially Bachata and Hip-Hop, and brings even more energy and joy to life into the WG. She is a sensitive listener and is very interested in understanding people around her. If you are looking for someone who receives you with open ears and always has an open heart, Marija is a wonderful contact person.

Our WG is always an open place for our friends and there are often people to visit.
We wish an honest, active and friendly relationship.
There is also a very friendly relationship between us, and we would still like that. But if someone needs time for himself, this is of course respected!

Of course, it is also important for us to have a harmonious coexistence that everyone can help in the household and always address problems immediately!

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer kleinen aber feinen Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche in einem, sowie einem Flur und zwei weiteren Zimmern, in denen die bezaubernde Paula und die liebevolle Marija leben.
Wichtig anzumerken, die Waschmaschine steht zum Glück in der Küche :)

Aber nun zu den zwei charmanten Mädels, mit denen du in Zukunft zusammenleben würdest:

Paula, 22, studiert Kunstgeschichte. Paula ist der kreative Kopf der WG, sie hat immer wieder neue Idee , was man so umbauen könnte oder wo noch etwas fehlt, vielleicht wirst du ja Teil vom ein oder anderen Projekt. Sie ist immer offen für einen Plausch zwischen Tür und Angel und steht in allen Lebensfragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Mit Paula kann man genauso gut über den Gossip von gestern Nacht wie über komplizierte politische Entscheidungen debattieren - sie kann immer weiterhelfen. Wenn sie nicht abends im Amp steil geht, trifft man sie in den schönsten Cafés Münsters, auf Kulturevents und Ausstellungen oder auf einem Shoppingtrip in Münsters Second Hand Szene. Paulas Kühlschrank ist mit Abstand der gesündeste von uns, was sie zu einem guten Kochbuddy macht.

Marija (21), studiert Psychologie und ist erst im letzten Oktober in die WG eingezogen. Sie bringt nicht nur frischen Wind, sondern auch eine wunderbare musikalische Atmosphäre mit. Oft hört man sie mit ihrer Gitarre in der Hand, wie sie übt oder einfach ihre Lieblingslieder singt. Ihre Musik sorgt für eine entspannte und angenehme Stimmung in der Wohnung. Marija ist eine powervolle, aber gleichzeitig sehr herzliche Person, die immer offen für ein gutes Gespräch ist – sei es über das Leben, ihre neuesten Entdeckungen oder einfach den Alltag. In ihrer Freizeit tanzt sie leidenschaftlich gerne, besonders Bachata und Hip-Hop, und bringt dabei noch mehr Energie und Lebensfreude in die WG. Sie ist ein einfühlsamer Zuhörer und interessiert sich sehr dafür, die Menschen um sich herum zu verstehen. Wenn du jemanden suchst, der dich mit offenen Ohren empfängt und immer ein offenes Herz hat, ist Marija eine wunderbare Ansprechpartnerin.

Unsere WG ist immer ein offener Ort für unsere Freund*innen und es sind häufig Leute zu Besuch.
Wir wünschen uns ein ehrliches, aktives und freundschaftliches Miteinander.
Auch zwischen uns herscht ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis und das würden wir uns auch weiterhin wünschen. Aber wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht, wird dies natürlich respektiert!

Wichtig für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist uns natürlich auch, dass jede/r im Haushalt mithilft und Probleme immer sofort ansprechen kann!

Since I'm on my way, I'm also relatively flexible about the times for the on and off date!

Da ich ja auf Reisen bin, bin ich auch relativ flexibel was die Zeiten fürs Ein- und Auszugsdatum betreffen!
