The room is not super large, but very cozy. In addition, you have direct access to the balcony and through the large window the room is very bright. I'd leave all the furniture.
The location is also perfect. You can actually get on a bike and there are also 2 good bus stations. The best thing is that you have a rewe right in front of the door. You can also walk from the York Center.
The WG life is super relaxed. You'll live with Marvin. He works (so has to get out early). He likes sports and is generally a super relaxed type. If you want, you can always talk to him, but you can also have great rest. The kitchen is also well equipped. Rice cooker, air cryer, any spices and spices. The balcony is also accessible from both rooms.
I might leave some of my stuff, but I can just clean it up in a closet in the hall. I can, of course, also clean things away like books, but you can just discuss it :)
