The apartment is very central, especially the university building of natural sciences and psychology can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. Two bus stops (SchÃ1⁄4llerstraße, P+R Coesfelder Kreuz) are in principle also directly in front of the front door.

Shops are available by bike within 5-7 minutes drive (Lidl, Rewe, etc.).

Since the apartment is not to the street, it is still quiet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, vor allem die Uni-Gebäude der Naturwissenschaften und Psychologie sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei Bushaltestellen (Schreiberstraße, P+R Coesfelder Kreuz) sind im Prinzip auch direkt vor der Haustür.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit dem Rad innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten Fahrt (Lidl, Rewe, etc.).

Da die Wohnung nicht zur Straße liegt, ist es trotzdem ruhig.

I imagine cooking or playing evenings cool, but I am also on and off for an aper oil.

In my spare time I like to be active at the gym, but also like to try out everything possible, read, am on flea markets or otherwise where with friends: inside. I am also interested in politics:)

Over the course of the year, I'm expected to start a psychology study, but that's not quite clear. Otherwise I work as a powerlifting trainer (that doesn't have to tell you). The job takes place mostly in front of laptop, so I'm a lot at home office. I am also crossed and crossed in Germany and the world on competitions.

Es ist eine WG-Neugründung, wir können das WG-Leben also gemeinsam neu gestalten.

Mir ist wichtig, dass wir keine Zweck-WG werden, sondern auch gemeinsame Dinge unternehmen. Allerdings ist es natürlich auch völlig ok, wenn du dich mal in dein Zimmer zurückziehst und deine Ruhe haben willst.
Im Optimalfall bringst du bereits WG-Erfahrung mit.

Ich stelle mir Koch- oder Spieleabende cool vor, bin aber auch ab und an für ein Aperölchen zu haben.

In meiner Freizeit bin ich gern sportlich aktiv, im Gym, aber probiere auch gern alles Mögliche aus, lese, bin auf Flohmärkten oder sonst wo mit Freund:innen unterwegs. Politisch interessiert bin ich auch :)

Im Laufe des Jahres werde ich voraussichtlich ein Psychologiestudium anfangen, das ist aber noch nicht ganz klar alles. Ansonsten arbeite ich als Powerliftingtrainer (das muss dir nichts sagen). Der Job findet zum größten Teil vorm Laptop statt, ich bin also viel im Homeoffice. Eine nicht insigknifikante Anzahl Wochenenden bin ich aber auch kreuz und quer in Deutschland und der Welt unterwegs auf Wettkämpfen.

The detachment (400 EUR) includes the bed (incl. mattress), the curtain bars and shelves in the room as well as your share of the furnishings in hallway, the bathrooms and the kitchen - there is half the basic equipment for cooking and dishes as well as the treses and the chairs included in the detachment.

The warm rental already includes the cost of internet, electricity and GEZ fees.

In the rental agreement (at least for students) both residents are registered:inside as well as a parent as tenants.

Die Ablöse (400 EUR) beinhaltet das Bett (inkl. Matratze), die Gardinenstangen und Regalbretter im Zimmer sowie deinen Anteil an der Einrichtung in Flur, den Bädern und der Küche - dort ist die Hälfte der Grundausstattung zum Kochen und Geschirr sowie der Tresen und die Stühle in der Ablöse enthalten.

In der Warmmiete sind die Kosten für Internet, Strom und GEZ-Gebühren bereits enthalten.

In den Mietvertrag werden (zumindest bei Studierenden) sowohl die Bewohner:innen als auch je ein Elternteil als Mieter:innen eingetragen.
