The situation could not be better! You would live directly at the York Centre and have plenty of shopping right outside the door, as well as pharmacies and a post office.

By bike you need approx. 5min to the castle and not more than 10 minutes to other university buildings. The FH at the Leonardo Campus and the sports campus can also be reached in less than 5min.
To the main station you need 15min by bike and bus.
We have a bus stop right on the road, where the lines 15, 16 and 9 come from.
If you're there by car, you'll find a parking lot in the street or in the side street.

Otherwise there are some cafes in the Kreuzviertel, like Mr. Hase and the Roestbar, where you can drink the most delicious coffee.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Du würdest direkt am Yorkcenter wohnen und hast direkt vor der Tür ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Apotheken und eine Poststelle.

Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du ca. 5min zum Schloss und auch nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu anderen Uni-Gebäuden. Die FH am Leonardo Campus und der Sportcampus ist auch in weniger als 5min erreichbar.
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mit dem Bus 15min.
Wir haben direkt an der Straße eine Bushaltestelle wo die Linien 15, 16 und 9 herfahren.
Wenn du mal mit einem Auto da bist findest du in der Straße oder in der Nebenstraße auch einen Parkplatz.

Ansonsten finden sich im Kreuzviertel einige Cafés, wie Herr Hase und die Roestbar, wo du den leckersten Kaffe trinken kannst.

Janine, Lara and Svenja live with you. The three are empathic, loving girls with whom you can live quite relaxed.
At the moment, most of the week here in Münster are here and go home on weekends.
We all have a more stressful day-to-day life, but we don't get away from spending evenings together, talking to us or planning activities. Often a WG evening is created quite spontaneously.
If we come together we like to cook together, play social games or even switch and also drink one or other glass of aperol or wine together.

As I said, everyone has their own university rhythm and has to do more and less, so it's not bad at all if you have less time. Nevertheless, we are definitely not a purpose WG and are looking for an open and communicative person! We all always have an open ear for each other, and at the same time it is also completely fine to close the door. It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable. In this WG I found my second home and I wish that for you too:)

It is still important that you have our cleaning and garbage plan and should not have a problem with rinsing, as we do not have a dishwasher in the kitchen!

Mit dir wohnen Janine, Lara und Svenja. Die drei sind empathische, liebevolle Mädels mit denen man ganz entspannt zusammenleben kann.
Zurzeit sind alle meistens in der Woche hier in Münster und fahren am Wochenende auch mal nach Hause.
Wir alle haben einen eher stressigen Alltag, was uns jedoch nicht davon abbringt, zusammen Abende zu verbringen, uns zu verquatschen oder Aktivitäten zu planen. Oft entsteht dann ein WG Abend auch ganz spontan.
Wenn wir zusammenkommen kochen wir gerne zusammen, spielen Gesellschaftsspiele oder auch mal Switch und trinken auch mal das ein oder andere Gläschen Aperol oder Wein zusammen.

Wie gesagt, hat jede ihren eigenen Uni-Rhythmus und muss mal mehr und mal weniger erledigen, deshalb ist es auch überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, wenn du mal weniger Zeit hast. Dennoch sind wir auf jeden Fall keine Zweck WG und suchen einen offenen und kommunikativen Menschen! Wir alle haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander und gleichzeitig ist es auch voll in Ordnung mal die Tür zu zumachen. Uns ist wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. In dieser WG habe ich mein zweites Zuhause gefunden und das wünsche ich mir für dich auch :)

Wichtig ist noch, dass du unseren Putz- und Müllplan einhälst und kein Problem mit dem Spülen haben solltest, da wir keine Spülmaschine in der Küche haben!

We have a washing machine in the basement that is used by the whole house by living only WGs. You can buy washing machines from the landlord and wash and hang up your laundry down in the basement.

Important!

The landlord demands a parent guarantee, this is an SEPA charge that must be filled by the parents!
It is important that you clarify this beforehand, otherwise we cannot take you into account.

In addition, a painter's cup, which is predetermined by the landlord, falls on each draw. This is 170€. For this, the entire room is painted white and you could remove your walls as you like. Since I have lived well and liked in my room, it may not be bad;)

Für die gemeinsamen Anschaffungen in der WG kommt neben den Möbeln, die ich da lasse ebenfalls ein Abschlag von 300€ auf dich zu. Zum Beispiel wurden hierdurch Sachen, wie unsere Küche, der Kühlschrank und weitere kleine Anschaffungen, welche in der WG bleiben, gezahlt. (Durch die Möbel + Abschlag ist die Ablöse dann bei 800€ insgesamt).

Wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Keller, welche vom ganzen Haus genutzt wird, indem nur WGs wohnen. Du kannst dir monatlich vom Vermieter Waschmarken kaufen und unten im Keller deine Wäsche waschen und aufhängen.

𝐖𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐠!

Der Vermieter verlangt eine Elternbürgschaft, hierbei handelt es Sich um eine SEPA-Lastschrift die von den Eltern ausgefüllt werden muss!
Wichtig ist, dass du das bitte vorher abklärst, sonst können wir dich leider nicht berücksichtigen.

Außerdem fällt bei jedem Einzug eine Malerpauschale an, welche vom Vermieter vorgegeben ist. Diese liegt bei 170€. Dafür wird das gesamte Zimmer einmal weiß gestrichen und du könntest deine Wände so streichen, wie es dir gefällt. Da ich in meinem Zimmer gut und gerne gewohnt habe, ist das vielleicht auch nicht schlecht ;)
