Hello together, we are looking for a female subtenant (20-30 years old) for Emma's fully furnished room while she is on a trip through Guatemala. You will live in our 3-WG with Caro (26) and Tim (23). The 18 sqm room with a balcony is free from 20.03.but can only be obtained from 01.04.and is available until 30.04.2025. The additional costs (including GEZ) are included in the rent. It has a large window front to the south is therefore light flooded and bright.:)

We live on the third floor in the student residence at Wilhelmskamp. In the apartment there is a large kitchen in which we often stay, 2 bathrooms (bathroom + guest toilet) and the 2 other WG rooms.

Das 18 qm große Zimmer mit Balkon ist ab dem 20.03. frei, kann aber auch bei Bedarf erst ab dem 01.04. bezogen werden und steht bis zum 30.04.2025 zur Verfügung. Die Nebenkosten (inkl. GEZ) sind in der Miete enthalten. Es besitzt eine große Fensterfront nach Süden ist somit lichtdurchflutet und hell. :)
Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert übergeben, so wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Auch die Pflanzen & Deko möchte ich am liebsten dort lassen. Ich hoffe also, dass dir das Zimmer optisch zusagt (zum Pflanzen-Gießen habe ich Caro bereits beauftragt). Ansonsten können wir gerne individuell absprechen, was ich dir noch da lassen kann. Du wirst also alles zum gemütlichen Wohnen dort haben und musst nichts kaufen. :) Bitte beachte auch die Hinweise zur Restmiete und Kaution unten im Info-Text.
Wir wohnen in der 3. Etage im Studentenwohnheim am Wilhelmskamp. In der Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche, in der wir uns oft aufhalten, 2 Bäder (Bad + Gäste-WC) und die 2 weiteren WG Zimmer.

Unser WG-Leben ist super entspannt. In der Küche wird oft zusammengesessen und über den Alltag gequatscht. Natürlich werden geschlossene Türen respektiert bzw. jeder hat seinen eigenen Freundeskreis. Dennoch chillt man manchmal zusammen auf der Wiese oder trinkt abends mal ein Wein/Bier zusammen. :) Letztlich ist alles ungezwungen und entspannt.
