Geplant ist zunächst eine Untermiete für 6 Monate, sehr wahrscheinlich jedoch 12 Monate. Nach den 12 Monaten könnte die WG auch unbefristet frei werden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß und bereits mit Vorhängen, einem Bett und einer Magnettafel ausgestattet. Es ist hell, gemütlich und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Natürlich kannst du es nach deinem Geschmack einrichten.
