The room is 16sqm, longitudinally cut and oriented to the southern courtyard and therefore beautifully bright.
There is also a bicycle cellar for our house. There are plenty of parking options in the courtyard and in front of the dormitory.

The room can be rented *exclusive* to students in Münster, as the landlord is the Studierendenwerk!

Location

The traffic connection is great. The nearest bus stop (Horstmarer Landweg) is right around the corner (lines 2, N85) and allows a quick connection directly to the city or to the Hbf. If you are also studying at the FH, you are by bike in not even 5 minutes at the FHZ or Leonardo campus.

Shops can be reached by bike in a few minutes (York-Center with Rewe, Aldi Nord, Lidl, DM etc.).
Bakers (Krimphove) and kiosk are also just a few minutes walk away.

With the wheel you need about 10 minutes in the Jewish fields - return mostly longer ;-)

The sports campus is located in the direct neighborhood. The campus gym is within 3 minutes' walk.

Behind the residence are fields and small forests where you can jog or walk.

WG life

We – Hanna, Lina, Hanno, Moritz and Jan – are a 5-strong WG.
It is repeatedly cooked with friends or breakfast, games played, sports made or evening stretching sessions or a joint trip to the bars of the old town. The balcony at Hanna's room is also perfect for one or other evening beer and glass of wine. To keep and promote active coexistence, we are looking for people who like to join the WG life. Nevertheless, it is always possible to close the door when you need some rest.

Our WG is well equipped with dishwasher, various kitchen utensils, dart disc etc. The kitchen is very bright and large, so you can easily find several places. We also have two bathrooms. In the basement there is a washing machine (1€/wash) and a dryer (0.50-1€/wash). Hanna's room also has a balcony that can be used by the entire WG.
Of course we have a cleaning plan. But with 5 people, that's good, so you're not too often on it;-)

Moritz (21) studies chemistry and sports at the faculty. Unfortunately, he is still not a professional at our dart disc in the kitchen despite hours of practice, so he is happy about joint trainings and competitions! He makes a lot of sport and motivates us to his evening stretch routine.
Hanna (19) studies law. She likes to travel in the city and is always happy when she arrives in the WG and especially on the balcony someone arrives at a chat or even a tip.
Hanno (24) makes his Master in Civil Engineering at the FH. He is our all-rounder in the WG and is always for everything to have, be it cook, chat, go to the gym, play sports of any kind like pasta, dart, spikeball, football or repair the bike.
Jan (20) studies architecture is the coffee pro in the WG and likes a lot on the go, with one or other beer not missing

Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, länglich geschnitten und zum südlichen Innenhof ausgerichtet und daher schön hell.
Ein Fahrradkeller für unser Haus gibt es auch. Im Innenhof und vorm Wohnheim findet man genug Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer kann *ausschließlich* an Studierende in Münster vermietet werden, da der Vermieter das Studierendenwerk ist!

Lage

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Horstmarer Landweg) ist direkt um die Ecke (Linien 2, N85) und ermöglichen eine schnelle Verbindung direkt in die Stadt oder zum Hbf. Wenn du zudem an der FH studierst, bist du mit dem Fahrrad in nicht einmal 5 Minuten am FHZ bzw. Leonardo-Campus.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (York-Center mit Rewe, Aldi Nord, Lidl, DM usw.).
Bäcker (Krimphove) und Kiosk sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Mit dem Rad braucht man in die Jüdefelder ca. 10 Minuten - Rückweg meist länger ;-)

Der Sportcampus liegt in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Das Campus-Gym ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.

Hinter dem Wohnheim befinden sich Felder und kleine Wälder, wo man joggen oder spazieren kann.

WG-Leben

Wir – Hanna, Lina, Hanno, Moritz und Jan – sind eine 5er-Studi-WG.
Es wird immer mal wieder zusammen mit Freunden gekocht oder gefrühstückt, Spiele gespielt, Sport gemacht oder abendliche Dehn - Sessions oder einen gemeinsamen Ausflug zu den Bars der Altstadt getätigt. Zudem eignet sich der Balkon an Hanna's Zimmer perfekt für das ein oder andere abendliche Bier und Glas Wein. Um das aktive Miteinander beizubehalten und zu fördern suchen wir Leute, die sich gerne in das WG-Leben mit einbringen. Trotzdem ist es auch immer möglich die Tür zuzumachen, wenn man etwas Ruhe braucht.

Unsere WG ist mit Spülmaschine, diversen Küchengeräten, Dartscheibe usw. gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr hell und groß, sodass man bequem auch mit mehreren Platz findet. Zudem haben wir zwei Badezimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine (1€/Waschgang) und ein Trockner (0,50-1€/Wäsche). Außerdem hat Hanna's Zimmer einen Balkon, der von der gesamten WG genutzt werden kann.
Einen Putzplan haben wir selbstverständlich auch. Aber bei 5 Leuten teilt sich das gut auf, sodass man nicht zu oft dran ist ;-)

Moritz (21) studiert Chemie und Sport auf Lehramt. An unserer Dartscheibe in der Küche ist er trotz stundenlangem Üben leider immer noch kein Profi, freut sich daher über gemeinsame Trainings und Wettkämpfe! Er macht viel Sport und motiviert uns abends zu seiner abendlichen Stretch-routine.
Hanna (19) studiert Jura. Sie ist gerne in der Stadt unterwegs und freut sich immer, wenn sie in der WG und besonders auf dem Balkon jemand antrifft auf ein Pläuschchen oder mal ein Kippchen.
Hanno (24) macht seinen Master in Bauingenieurwesen an der FH. Er ist unser Allrounder in der WG und ist immer für alles zu haben, sei es kochen, quatschen, ins Gym gehen, Sport jeglicher Art wie Padel, Dart, Spikeball, Fußball spielen oder das Fahrrad zu reparieren.
Jan (20) studiert Architektur ist der Kaffee-Pro in der WG und gerne viel unterwegs wobei das ein oder andere Bierchen nicht fehlen darf
