My name is Larissa, I'm 21 years old and I'm studying International Business in the fourth semester.
My roommate is moving out at the end of April.
I'm looking for someone who's very open, is doing a lot and like to celebrate with me. If you're more calm and you're looking for a purpose WG, it doesn't fit.
I often have friends, that should be fine for you :)
Unfortunately I live here until the end of July, as I then move to Argentina to continue studying there.

The apartment is located in a student residence built a few years ago. Everything is very modern and there is also an elevator. The rent contains everything. Electricity, water, internet etc. need not be paid seperat. You must be a registered student to live here.

Your new room is 17sqm tall and rectangular cut, allowing you to use the entire area optimally. Even a sofa you'd get.
The room is oriented towards the west, so that the sun shines into the room from the afternoon and enchants a really beautiful light through the trees.
You also have your own Wlan router and TV connection.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, refrigerator, freezer and has enough storage space for both of us.

My co-wover takes her oven and pots etc. so you should be ready to bring these things. Of course you can use my stuff.
In the basement there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for 2.50€.

In front of the house there are bicycle boxes and parking spaces that can be rented.

Ich heiße Larissa, bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere International Business im vierten Semester.
Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende April aus.
Ich suche jemanden der sehr offen ist, viel unternimmt und gerne auch mal mit mir feiern geht. Wenn du eher ruhig bist und eher eine Zweck-WG suchst dann passt das leider nicht.
Ich hab oft Freunde da, das sollte für dich in Ordnung sein :)
Ich wohne leider nurnoch bis Ende Juli hier, da ich danach nach Argentinien ziehe um dort weiter zu studieren.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, das erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut wurde. Es ist alles sehr modern und es gibt auch einen Aufzug. In der Miete ist alles enthalten. Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. müssen nicht seperat bezahlt werden. Du musst eingeschriebener Student/in sein um hier wohnen zu können.

Dein neues Zimmer ist 17qm groß und rechteckig geschnitten, wodurch du die ganze Fläche optimal nutzen kannst. Sogar ein Sofa würdest du unterbekommen.
Der Raum ist Richtung Westen ausgerichtet, sodass die Sonne ab Nachmittags ins Zimmer scheint und durch die Bäume ein wirklich schönes Licht zaubert.
Außerdem hast du einen eigenen Wlan Router und TV-Anschluss.

Die Wohnung besitzt eine vollausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kochfeldern, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und hat genug Stauraum für uns beide.

Meine Mitbewohberin nimmt ihren Ofen und Töpfe etc. mit deshalb müsstest du bereit sein diese Sachen mitzubringen. Meine Sachen kannst du natürlich gerne mitbenutzen.
Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner die für 2,50€ benutzt werden können.

Vor dem Haus gibt es Fahrradboxen und Parkplätze die angemietet werden können.
