Love roommate looking for cozy WG :) Liebe Mitbewohnerin für gemütliche WG gesucht :)

The apartment is close to Mensa on the ring and the UKM/Medi campus. In the city centre you can take a bike and bus in 10 minutes. I also like to walk through the castle garden into the city.
You can park your bike safely either in front of the front door or in the bike shed. Right in front of the front door there is a bus stop with many bus lines. A few meters further is the Coesfelder Kreuz, from where you can actually get anywhere.

Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zur Mensa am Ring und zum UKM/Medi-Campus. In der Innenstadt ist man sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Ich laufe auch gerne durch den Schlossgarten in die Stadt.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du entweder vor der Haustür oder im Fahrradschuppen sicher parken. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit vielen Buslinien. Ein paar Meter weiter ist auch das Coesfelder Kreuz, von wo aus man eigentlich überall hinkommt.

I am Katharina, 21 years old and studying psychology in the Bachelor. In my spare time, I am very happy to go outside in nature and go for a walk or go swimming. With friends I like to meet for cooking, for a movie evening or for a game evening. I am great Mensa fan, but still love to be creative when cooking and baking. On warm summer days I like cycling or inline skates or spend the afternoon with friends on the canal. Otherwise I like to paint and try new sports at HSP.

I wish a relaxed and respectful WG life. I am looking forward to cooking together, watching movies and beautiful activities, but also space for a little time alone to rest. Honest communication is very important to me and wants us both to feel at home. I also place a lot of value on cleanliness/order and cosiness. So like to bring your candles, plants and light chains!

Ich bin Katharina, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Psychologie im Bachelor. In meiner Freizeit bin ich sehr gerne draußen in der Natur und gehe spazieren oder gehe Schwimmen. Mit Freunden treffe ich mich sehr gerne zum Kochen, zum Filmeabend oder zum Spiele-Abend. Ich bin großer Mensa-Fan, liebe es aber trotzdem beim Kochen und Backen kreativ zu werden. An warmen Sommertagen gehe ich gerne Radfahren oder Inlineskaten oder verbringe den Nachmittag mit Freunden am Kanal. Ansonsten male ich sehr gerne und probiere neue Sportarten beim HSP.

Ich wünsche mir ein entspanntes und respektvolles WG-Leben. Ich freue mich auf gemeinsames Kochen, Filmeschauen und schöne Unternehmungen, aber auch Raum für ein bisschen Zeit alleine zum Ausruhen. Mir ist ehrliche Kommunikation sehr wichtig und möchte, dass wir uns beide zu Hause fühlen. Außerdem lege ich sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit/Ordnung und Gemütlichkeit. Bring also gerne deine Kerzen, Pflanzen und Lichterketten mit!

My current roommate Lilly is in the final stages of her medical studies and will move away from Münster to May. She would sell her cabinet and desk (with container) for 100€ as needed. If you don't want to take anything, she'd sell the furniture on eBay instead.
The room is handed over white (unless you want to keep the wall in the green tone).
For our common WG furniture, our washing machine, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaners and garden furniture (other than on the photo) a discount of 500€ should be paid.
A deposit of €750 has to be paid upon receipt, which you will get back when you withdraw as long as no damage has occurred in the apartment :)

Be sure to write if you have time on one of the days (meaning a personal knowledge would be important). Tell us what food and what social game you can imagine for a WG evening :)

Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin Lilly steckt in den Endzügen ihres Medizinstudiums und wird zum Mai aus Münster wegziehen. Sie würde je nach Bedarf ihren Schrank und Schreibtisch (mit Container) für 100€ verkaufen. Falls du etwas nicht übernehmen möchtest, würde sie die Möbel stattdessen auf eBay verkaufen.
Das Zimmer wird weiß gestrichen übergeben (es sei denn, du möchtest die Wand gerne in dem Grünton beibehalten).
Für unsere gemeinsamen WG Möbel, unsere Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien, Staubsauger und Gartenmöbel (andere als auf dem Foto) müsste ein Abschlag von 500€ gezahlt werden.
Bei Einzug muss eine Kaution von 750€ gezahlt werden, welche man beim Auszug zurück bekommt, solange keine Schäden in der Wohnung entstanden sind :)


Falls du dir ein gemeinsames WG Leben vorstellen kannst, melde dich sehr gerne bei mir (gerne auch mit Foto). Die WG Castings werden am 20.03. und 21.03. stattfinden. Schreib doch schonmal, ob du an einem der Tage Zeit hast (mir wäre ein persönliches Kennenlernen wichtig). Erzähl gerne, welches Essen und welches Gesellschaftsspiel du dir für einen WG-Abend gut vorstellen kannst :)
