Your new WG lies between Gievenbeck and Roxel, adjacent to an industrial area, but you still have a very relaxed environment. Furthermore, all companies have normal working hours, so it is quiet in the evening and night. Your car will always find a place on the street in front of the house and you will run 3 min. If you're on the road with the bike, you need approx. 7 min to the next large supermarket, 20 min to the city or to the lake and 15 min to the university buildings.
Within a 5-minute walk you will find a gym, bowling hall or moonlight miniature. Also a tennis court, a skate park and sports facilities with volleyball fields, basketball baskets etc. are not far.
Without a question, the greatest thing about our location is the huge garden and our terrace. In this we like to sit together for grilling, cozy around the fire bowl, as well as in the hammocks and let the day end comfortably with a beautiful sunset (This is really the hammer!).

Deine neue WG liegt zwischen Gievenbeck und Roxel, angrenzend an einem Industriegebiet, man hat aber dennoch ein sehr entspanntes Umfeld. Desweiteren haben alle Firmen normale Arbeitszeiten, somit ist es Abends und Nachts ruhig. Dein Auto findet an der Straße vor dem Haus immer einen Platz und zur gut befahrenen Bushaltestelle läufst du 3 Min. Solltest du ganz münstertypisch mit dem Rad unterwegs sein, brauchst du ca. 7 min zum nächsten großen Supermarkt, 20 min in die Stadt oder zum Asee und 15 min zu den Unigebäuden.
Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten finden sich ein Gym, eine Bowling Halle oder Moonlight-Minigolf wieder. Auch ein Tennisplatz, ein Skatepark und Sportanlagen mit Volleyballfeldern, Basketball-Körben etc. sind nicht weit.

Ohne Frage ist das Tollste an unserer Lage der riesige Garten und unsere Terrasse. In diesem sitzen wir gerne zum gemeinsam grillen, gemütlich um die Feuerschale, sowie in den Hängematten und dabei ganz gemütlich den Tag mit einem schönen Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen (Das ist wirklich der Hammer!).

There is another one under our WG. To be exact, it is a 7 WG, but we often call ourselves lovingly as a 10 WG. In fact, more or less only in theory separate the two apartment doors.
Because we usually spend time together. So when something is planned is usually planned together.
So we like to celebrate together, drink one or other beer (or wine), play volleyball or tennis, make us a relaxed day in the garden, on the terrace, the balcony, drive together to the aase or canal, watch movies together or play what together.
As you notice, you will have plenty of opportunities to find something you like to be there.
And if you do something that didn't stand here, we're all always happy to meet new activities.

But even if you want to go back or have a stressful time, we have the huge advantage of the additional retreat (mostly we are from above rather than those below). So don't worry, if you're not with me in the evenings together, no one's angry with you. Everyone is still for himself and has his own circle of friends with whom he takes something.

To your roommates:

Leon: He is 23 years old and studies BWL. Leon likes to play volleyball but also is always inspiring for other companies and no matter what you want to talk about, he always has an open ear.

Andy: He's 24 years old and works at the UKM in intensive care. He likes to sit at home and often goes to the gym. He's always inspiring for a wild fetus.

Es findet sich unter unserer WG noch eine weitere wieder. Um genau zu sein ist es eine 7er WG, allerdings bezeichnen wir uns häufig liebevoll als 10er WG. Uns trennen nämlich mehr oder weniger nur in der Theorie die beiden Wohnungstüren.
Denn Zeit verbringen wir meist eh gemeinsam. So wird wenn etwas geplant wird meist zusammen geplant.
So gehen wir gerne gemeinsam feiern, trinken gemeinsam das ein oder andere Bier (oder Wein), spielen Volleyball oder Tennis, machen uns einen entspannten Tag im Garten, auf der Terrasse, dem Balkon, fahren gemeinsam zum Aasee oder Kanal, schauen gemeinsam Filme oder spielen was zusammen.
Wie du merkst wirst du reichlich Möglichkeiten haben, etwas zu finden bei dem du gerne dabei bist.
Und wenn du etwas machst was hier nicht stand, freuen wir uns alle immer neue Aktivitäten kennenzulernen.

Aber auch wenn man sich doch mal zurück ziehen will oder eine Stressige Zeit ansteht, wir den riesigen Vorteil haben des zusätzlichen Rückzugsort (Meistens sind wir von oben nämlich eher bei denen unten). Also keine Sorge, wenn du bei gemeinsamen Abenden nicht dabei bist, ist dir niemand böse. Jeder ist trotzdem für sich und hat seinen eigenen Freundeskreis mit dem er was unternimmt.

Zu deinen Mitbewohnern:

Leon: Er ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert BWL. Leon spielt gerne Volleyball ist aber auch immer für andere Unternehmungen zu begeistern und egal über was du reden willst er hat immer ein offenes Ohr.

Andy: Er ist 24 Jahre und arbeitet im UKM auf der Intensivstation. Zuhause zockt er gerne und geht oft ins Gym. Für eine wilde Fete ist er immer zu begeistern.
