Beautiful WG room in best location Schönes WG-Zimmer in bester Lage

The apartment is super central and is located between Wolbecker and Warendorfer Straße.

Due to the super good location we will definitely spend great summer evenings on the canal. What is also cool is that the Wolbecker Straße with all the food hotspots is very close:)
The nearest supermarket is a rewe and really not far away.
Generally, you can reach everything (ports, railway station, basic market, university, aasee, canal...) in less than ten minutes by bike. Since the house is in an intermediate street, it is also very quiet. So the situation is really perfect! :)

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und befindet sich zwischen der Wolbecker und Warendorfer Straße. 

Aufgrund der super guten Lage werden wir bestimmt tolle Sommerabende am Kanal verbringen. Was auch cool ist, dass ganz in der Nähe die Wolbecker Straße mit allen Foodhotspots liegt :)
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist ein Rewe und wirklich nicht weit entfernt.
Generell erreichst du quasi alles (Hafen, Bahnhof, Prinzipalmarkt, Uni, Aasee, Kanal…) in unter zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Da das Haus in einer Zwischengasse liegt, ist es zudem sehr ruhig. Daher ist die Lage echt perfekt! :)

Unfortunately, I must say goodbye to my current roommate, as the dear Johanna is collaborating with her friend.

I am Alina, 23 years old and working as an independent midwife in Münster. I always have an open ear for everything and everyone and would describe myself as a very relaxed and humorous person.
Whether a relaxed evening on the canal or a fun round with a few drinks – I'm here! In my spare time, I spend a lot of time with friends, enjoy regular sports, go sporadically to celebrate, am often in the stadium, but enjoy my quiet moments as well. I also like to travel and discover new places.

I usually have quite a full schedule in my job and often work from morning to evening, so it's important to me that our home is also a retreat rather than a visit to people every day. Besides, I put a lot of value on cleanliness and order. Of course, one arranges for these points accordingly when you first live together.
I wish for the new WG life unforgettable WG evenings with a great friendship! Where you can talk about God and the world together, but maybe also plays social games or sits in summer with ‘nem Aperol on the balcony 🌞. Probably you can think that I definitely don't want a purpose WG, but it's completely natural that every time you need time.

For the WG life, it is generally important that we make this warm, communicative and thoughtful 🤍.

Leider muss ich mich von meiner aktuellen Mitbewohnerin verabschieden, da die liebe Johanna mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht.

Ich bin Alina, 23 Jahre alt und arbeite als selbstständige Hebamme in Münster. Ich habe für alles und jeden immer ein offenes Ohr und würde mich als einen sehr entspannten und humorvollen Menschen beschreiben.
Ob ein entspannter Abend am Kanal oder eine lustige Runde mit ein paar Drinks – ich bin dabei! In meiner Freizeit verbringe ich viel Zeit mit Freunden, mache gerne regelmäßig Sport, gehe gerne sporadisch mal feiern, bin oft im Stadion, genieße aber genauso meine ruhigen Momente. Außerdem reise ich sehr gerne und entdecke neue Orte. 

Ich habe meist einen ziemlich vollen Terminkalender in meinem Job und bin oft von morgens bis abends am arbeiten, daher ist es mir wichtig, dass unser Zuhause eher auch ein Rückzugsort ist und nicht jeden Tag Leute zu Besuch sind. Außerdem lege ich sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Natürlich arrangiert man sich bezüglich dieser Punkte dann entsprechend, wenn man erstmal zusammen wohnt. 
Ich wünsche mir für das neue WG-Leben unvergessliche WG-Abende mit einer tollen Freundschaft! Wo man zusammen über Gott und die Welt reden kann, vielleicht aber auch Gesellschaftsspiele spielt oder im Sommer mit ‘nem Aperol auf dem Balkon sitzt 🌞. Wahrscheinlich kannst du dir denken, dass ich definitiv keine Zweck-WG möchte, aber es natürlich vollkommen selbstverständlich ist, dass jeder mal Zeit für sich braucht. 

Für das WG Leben ist mir allgemein wichtig, dass wir dies herzlich, kommunikativ und rücksichtsvoll gestalten 🤍.

The apartment is small but fine. It is located in the 2nd OG of a new building and has a south-facing balcony. There is also a super kitchen, a washing machine (directly in the apartment, not in the basement!), dishwasher and it is very bright through the many windows.
A total of 480/500€ per month. It contains both internet and electricity.
For furniture in the apartment a discount of 550€ applies. These include the furniture we have in the common living area, e.g. our sofa bed, which we can use for guests.
I would also be happy to change the apartment, so we can think about the design together.

Wohnung/ Sonstiges

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie befindet sich im 2. OG eines Neubaus und hat einen Südbalkon. Zudem ist eine super Küche vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine (direkt in der Wohnung, nicht im Keller!), Spülmaschine und sie ist durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell.
Insgesamt kommt man monatlich auf eine Miete von ca. 480/500€. Darin sind sowohl Internet als auch Strom bereits enthalten.
Für die Möbel in der Wohnung fällt ein Abschlag von 550€ an. Darunter fallen die Möbel, die wir im gemeinsamen Wohnbereich haben, wie z. B. unser Schlafsofa, welches wir für Gäste nutzen können.
Gerne würde ich die Wohnung auch etwas verändern, die Gestaltung können wir uns dann gerne zusammen überlegen.
