As already said, the apartment is very central in the Hüfferstraße right next to the Hüfferstiftung and above the Jankord baker. So you don't have to go far to the baker this weekend.

Directly at the Hüfferstiftung is a bus stop where the numbers 11, 2 and 14 regularly drive in the 10 minute cycle.
By bike you are in 5-10 minutes in the city centre or at the university clinic or at other university buildings.
The aasee and the castle park are also right around the corner, as well as a small supermarket.

Wie schon gesagt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral in der Hüfferstraße direkt neben der Hüfferstiftung und über dem Jankord-Bäcker. Du musst also am Wochenende nicht weit zum Bäcker laufen.

Direkt an der Hüfferstiftung ist eine Bushaltestelle, wo regelmäßig die Nummern 11, 2 und 14 im 10 Minuten-Takt fahren.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder auch an der Uniklinik oder bei anderen Gebäuden der Uni.
Auch der Aasee und der Schlosspark sind direkt um die Ecke, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt.

Your new roommates are aged 28 and 35.

Heidi, as a legal adviser, has recently entered the professional life. In her spare time she likes to drive and lots of sports, going to celebrate or meet with her friends. She's smiling and always good at it.

Robert is a doctor at the nearby university clinic, but he is more student. He likes to go jogging or spend the evenings with his friends.

Giulia leaves us unfortunately for her mastar graduation for a job in another city, so we are now looking for an equally cool person for our common living together.

We are very funny and open people and have fun for pretty much. The WG life here is relaxed and easy. We just like to talk in the kitchen or in the hallway. Parties are definitely possible in the house if we find the time. As you could probably hear out, we are not a purpose-WG and would be happy if you are open-minded and are looking for something social.
Nevertheless, it is important that everyone has time for themselves and that the doors can also be.

In addition, a clean apartment is important: therefore it should not be a problem for you to keep common areas in order.

Heidi ist als Rechtsberaterin frisch ins Berufsleben eingestiegen. In ihrer Freizeit treibt sie gerne und viel Sport, geht feiern oder trifft sich mit ihren Freunden. Sie ist quirlig und immer gut drauf.

Robert ist Arzt in der nahegelegenen Uniklinik, dabei aber noch eher studentisch drauf. Er geht gerne joggen oder verbringt die Abende mit seinen Freunden.

Giulia verlässt uns leider nach ihrem Mastarabschluss für einen Job in einer anderen Stadt, sodass wir nun eine genauso coole Person für unser gemeinsames Zusammenleben suchen.

Wir sind sehr lustige und offene Menschen und für so ziemlich jeden Spaß zu haben. Das WG-Leben hier ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir quatschten gern einfach mal in der Küche oder auf dem Flur. Parties sind im Haus auf jeden Fall möglich, wenn wir mal die Zeit finden. Wie du wahrscheinlich schon raushören konntest, sind wir keine Zweck-WG und würden uns freuen, wenn du aufgeschlossen bist und etwas Geselliges suchst.
Trotzdem ist es wichtig, dass jeder auch Zeit für sich hat und die Türen auch mal zu sein können.

Zudem ist eine saubere Wohnung wichtig: daher sollte es kein Problem für dich sein, Gemeinschaftsflächen in Ordnung zu halten.

All costs (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included in the rent of 497,00 Euro; we calculate only the radio contribution separately. The deposit is 1,000 euros.

Pets are not allowed. However, our plants feel very comfortable.

In der Miete von 497,00 Euro sind schon alle Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet) enthalten; lediglich den Rundfunkbeitrag verrechnen wir separat. Die Kaution beträgt 1.000 Euro.
Es wird eine (Eltern-)Bürgschaft bzw. Bonitätsnachweis verlangt.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Unsere Pflanzen fühlen sich bisher aber sehr wohl.
