Hello hallo, I will leave my nice room in April and therefore look for a rental agent.
The photo is a bit older, the wall is now beige.
The room is located towards the street and is next to the bathroom, so it is always pleasantly warm, because the pipes run in the wall:)

Hallo hallo, ich werde im April leider mein schönes Zimmer verlassen und suche daher einen Nachmieter.
Das Foto ist schon etwas älter, die Wand ist inzwischen beige.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin und ist neben dem Bad, daher ist es auch eigentlich immer angenehm warm, denn in der Wand verlaufen die Rohre :)
Platz genug bietet das Zimmer auf jeden Fall auch mit den 16 Quadratmetern und sollte doch noch mehr benötigt werden haben wir auch einen Keller. In der Wohnung haben wir noch ein großes Wohnzimmer (sieht inzwischen leicht anders aus als auf den Fotos), Bad und WC sind voneinander getrennt und in der Küche gibt es neben sehr viel Stauraum sowohl Spül- als auch Waschmaschine.
Eure Mitbewohnerin Merle studiert jetzt bald im zweiten Semester Psychologie und freut sich auf ganz viele Spieleabende mit euch. Sie ist allerdings sehr schreckhaft, ihr dürft euch also auf keinen Fall im Dunklen vor ihr verstecken, sonst schreit sie.
Da aktuell noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei ist könnt ihr evtl sogar noch mithelfen bei der Suche nach jemand drittem.
