WG rooms for rent in Studi-WG! WG Zimmer zur Miete in Studi-WG!

The student residence is located at the York Center and you can do all the care with a short walk of 3 minutes. The Leo-Campus, the Sport-Campus and the science areas of the university are right around the corner. We are surrounded by bus stops and if you like cycling, you can also get to the city in 5-10 minutes and to the train station in 15 minutes. The castle and Gustav Grün are just 5 minutes away by bike. From our house you get to the green very quickly, where you can take the one or the other walk, an inliner tour or a jogging round.

Das Studierendenwohnheim befindet sich am York Center und man kann alle Besorgungen mit einem knappen Fußweg von 3 min. erledigen. Der Leo-Campus, der Sport-Campus und die naturwisschenschaftlichen Bereiche der Uni sind direkt um die Ecke. Wir sind von Bushaltestellen umgeben und wenn man gern mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, kommt man auch fix in 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt und in 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Auch das Schloss und Gustav Grün sind nur 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Über die Gasselstiege gelangt man von unserem Haus aus sehr schnell ins Grüne, wo man sehr gut den ein oder anderen Spaziergang, eine Inliner-Tour oder eine Jogging-Runde machen kann.

As I go abroad for half a year, we're looking for a sub-rent for my room.

Pascale, Ida and Paul stay in the WG. Ida is 20 years old, studying law and coming to the fourth semester. In her spare time, Ida likes to play piano, meets friends or does sports. Her brother Paul is 22 years old and studies organic and sports at the teacher's office. In addition to studying, Paul likes to sport and is passionate Bayer-Leverkusen fan. Pascal is 22 years old and studies social work in the Second Semetser. In her spare time she likes cooking and you can often find her with friends in cafes. Going to celebrate together is always to have.

We are by no means a purpose WG. Since the kitchen is very centrally located in the apartment, you often meet there and then talk about a cup of coffee or tea for a few hours. In the evening we often play social games, drink a glass of wine or watch a movie together. We're sharing our sweets, messing around and always know what's going on in the lives of others. When we cook together, we prefer to eat wraps or burgers. Of course, we also have space and time for me-time, so you can also get back to your room once you're learning or the like.
We care about order and cleanliness.
In the future, we do not want to have a purpose WG, but to enjoy our society!

Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suchen wir eine Untermieterin für mein Zimmer.

In der WG bleiben Pascale, Ida und Paul. Ida ist 20 Jahre alt, studiert Jura und kommt ins vierte Semester. In ihrer Freizeit spielt Ida gern Klavier, trifft sich mit Freundinnen oder macht Sport. Ihr Bruder Paul ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Bio und Sport auf Lehramt. Auch neben dem Studium sportelt Paul gerne und ist leidenschaftlicher Bayer-Leverkusen Fan. Pascal ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert soziale Arbeit im 2. Semetser. In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie gerne und man findet sie häufig mit Freunden in Cafes. Zum gemeinsamen feiern gehen ist sie immer zu haben.

Wir sind keinesfalls eine Zweck-WG. Da die Küche sehr zentral in der Wohnung liegt, trifft man sich dort oft und verquatscht sich dann bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee auch gerne mal für ein paar Stunden. Abends spielen wir öfter Gesellschaftsspiele, trinken ein Glas Wein oder schauen einen Film gemeinsam. Wir teilen unsere Süßigkeiten, blödeln auch mal rum und wissen eigentlich immer, was in dem Leben der anderen gerade so vorgeht. Wenn wir zusammen kochen, essen wir am liebsten Wraps oder Burger. Selbstverständlich ist bei uns auch Platz und Zeit für Me-Time, sodass du dich auch gerne Mal in dein Zimmer zurückziehen kannst, gerade wenn es ums Lernen oder ähnliches geht.
Uns ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig.
In Zukunft wollen wir weiterhin keine Zweck-WG haben, sondern unsere Gesellschaft genießen!
