The apartment is located in Gemenweg. The University of Applied Sciences or, for example, the Leonardo Campus are in close proximity. There are plenty of shopping facilities, for example in Gievenbeck or at the York Center. These are easily accessible by bike in 5-10min. The bus stop "Alte Sternwarte" is located right around the corner - as an alternative to the bike, you can also be mobile by bus in Münster. Ideal also for all jogging and nature lovers, as people have wonderful walks, small parks and fields right in front of the door and need not only torment themselves by road in the city.
Many students live in the neighborhood (student living in the RHW, Old Observatory,...) with whom you can link. :

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gemenweg. Die Fachhochschule oder z.B. der Leonardo-Campus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, - etwa in Gievenbeck oder am York-Center. Diese sind mit dem Fahrrad gut in 5-10min zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle "Alte Sternwarte" liegt direkt um die Ecke, - so kann man alternativ zum Fahrrad auch mit dem Bus in Münster mobil sein. Ideal auch für alle Joggende und Naturliebhaber*innen, da mensch hier wunderbare Spazierwege, kleine Parks und Felder direkt vor der Tür hat und sich nicht erst durch den Straßenverkehr in der Stadt quälen muss.
In der Nachbarschaft wohnen sehr viele Studierende (studentisches Wohnen im RHW, Alte Sternwarte,...), mit denen man sich verknüpfen kann. :)

We are a versatile bunch of communicative people that are:
Julia (26, Lehramt English/Bio) lovingly takes care of our balcony if not just during martial sports training.
Joshi (21, Magisterium Philosophy/Social Sciences) loses himself in his books and is almost always there.
Lena (20, architecture) likes to draw her and tries to remain active athletic. Otherwise, it is always for a plunge to have with a good cup of coffee.
Michael (23, Pharmazie) plays all kinds of musical instruments in his spare time if he does not have anything to do for the university.
At the same time, a new person will move in, which has not yet been cast (there is a separate ad).

We always look forward to seeing each other and sitting together in our kitchen. From time to time, the slackline or the Spikeballset will hit us out. In addition to joint ventures, open and respectful communication is a concern.

It is important to us that the common living spaces remain clean and tidy. You shouldn't be afraid to take a cleaning lobe in your own hands or just throw a cup more in the closet 😄 Otherwise, a cleaning plan also ensures order. 😌

Wir sind ein vielseitiger Haufen an kommunikativen Leuten, dass sind:
Julia (26, Lehramt Englisch/Bio) kümmert sich liebevoll um unseren Balkon, wenn nicht gerade beim Kampfsporttraining.
Joshi (21, Lehramt Philosophie/Sozialwissenschaften) verliert sich ab und zu in seinen Büchern und ist bei fast allem dabei.
Lena (20, Architektur) zeichnet sie gerne und versucht sportlich aktiv zu bleiben. Ansonsten ist sie immer für ein Pläuschen bei einer guten Tasse Kaffee zu haben.
Michael (23, Pharmazie) spielt in seiner Freizeit alle möglichen Musikinstrumente wenn er nicht etwas für die Uni zu tun hat.
Zeitgleich mit Dir wird eine neue Person einziehen, welche jedoch noch nicht gecastet wurde (dazu kommt noch eine separate Anzeige).

Wir freuen uns immer, wenn wir einander sehen und sitzen gerne gemeinsam in unserer Wohnküche. Ab und zu verschlägt es uns mit der Slackline oder dem Spikeballset nach draußen. Neben gemeinsamen Unternehmungen sind uns offene und respektvolle Kommunikation ein Anliegen.

Uns ist wichtig, dass die gemeinsamen Wohnräume sauber und ordentlich bleiben. Du solltest dich nicht davor scheuen, mal selbstständig einen Putzlappen in die Hand zu nehmen oder kurz die eine Tasse mehr in den Schrank zu werfen 😄 Ansonsten sorgt auch ein Putzplan für Ordnung. 😌

Since the apartment is rented by the Studierendenwerk, you must be immatriculated in Münster (FH/Uni/KatHo) to be able to move in.

It is also important that you deal with Lena's things carefully and treat them as if they were your own.
