Hi.
as I make work and travel for half a year in Canada I rent my WG room about 15.03 to mid September. So my roommates are looking for 15.03. a*n new roommate*in for a rental for our WG in the Hansaviertel.
The room is about 14m2 and equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a high bed (optionally usable), which gives you quite a lot of space. In addition to the two pieces of furniture provided by the landlord, I leave my furniture for the intermediate rental in my room. These include a self-built wall shelf, a bed, a desk with drawer cabinets, a wooden shelf and an old leather chair. It is oriented towards the courtyard, towards the west, and therefore quiet.
Our kitchen is the heart of the WG. Here you meet for a common cooking or chat. We also have a dishwasher, which is quite helpful in a 4 WG.
We have washing machine and dryers in the washing cellar. There is also a bicycle cellar.
The rent for the room is 400€ cold. There are additional costs (32€) and GEZ.
The apartment is located in a top location, close to the port and the canal, which is great in summer for swimming or simply for relaxing by the water. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away and in the area there are many cafes and restaurants.
The city centre is quick to reach, just by bike you need less than 10 minutes to the old town.
Supermarkets (Penny, REWE, Edeka, Aldi and net) are also directly around the corner and easy to reach.
In the apartment with you:
Lara (24, rent her room but also from April to May because of an internship) writes at her master's thesis in Social Work. She likes to go to cafes or bars and loves to go to concerts.
Ronja (26) started her dual studies in social work a year ago and likes to play handball.
Besides, Lars (23) lives in the apartment. He is currently doing his Master in Marketing and is happy to be on the go and does sports.
We are looking for someone who has fun to participate in the WG life and likes to have one or other wine/beer in the evening.
Of course, closed doors are also fine if you need your rest :).
