Beautiful, large furnished apartment in the hip Hansaviertel. The apartment is located in a quiet multi-family house (3rd floor) between Wolbeckerstr. and Schillerst .
Your room is about 16sqm and fully furnished. In the room there is a 1.40 x 2.00m bed, an armchair, a coat rack and a Malm dresser.
In front of the window is a darkening roller, so it is not so bright in the morning.
As regards the rental period, we can discuss this individually. Entry is possible between 01.02. and 31.03.2025. Excerpt would be 31.12.2025.
The rent is € 650 per month; all costs are included (electricity, W-LAN, GEZ, water, heating, waste water, waste water, land tax, road cleaning, building insurance and furniture).
The apartment is located in Münster's coolest district with numerous hip bars and cafes as well as good restaurants within walking distance.
The harbour with its many different restaurants, the Wolbeckerstraße and a newly renovated large supermarket (Rewe) is just around the corner (2 minutes).
Also in the city center you are super fast. Whether by bike or on foot. You don't need more than 15 minutes walk. The main railway station can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
A bus stop is located right around the corner, free parking and residents' parks are on the door and in the vicinity.
The WG life is most likely to be totally relaxed. You will live with my roommate (29 years old) who is friendly, open and relaxed.
The house consists only of families and is very quiet. That's why I'm looking for someone who's thoughtful and has left his party time behind and rather has a quiet lifestyle.
I would like to have someone in the apartment, who is respectful with my furniture and is also neat and clean in the WG life.
The apartment is very spacious and actually also looks bigger than on the photos. She is fully furnished and you and my roommate would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everyone has his private room.
In the living room there is a large dining table, a large couch and coffee table as well as a large TV. A cable connection is available, but I don't have a receiver, but only an Amazon Fire Stick that you can watch through the WLAN TV/TV apps.
In the kitchen is next to the kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, a table with two chairs and a complete high-quality kitchen equipment (Nespresso machine, dishes, cutlery, microwave, pots, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker etc. ...
In the bathroom, in addition to shower, toilet and washbasin, there is also the wash dryer, which can also be used.
The balcony goes from the kitchen to the backyard and is equipped with furniture to sit.
