Da ich mein Studium beende suche ich eine* Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 16m2. Zudem ein großes Fenster in den Innenhof. Von der Hochschule bekommst du somit nicht viel mit und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Tageslicht dadurch genug vorhanden.
Du brauchst also nur deine Koffer packen, herkommen und wohlfühlen.
Von den Nachbarn bekommst du nicht viel mit, dass Haus ist sehr entspannt.
Im Keller ist auch Platz für ein Fahrrad.
Direkt gegenüber der Hochschule, wenn du langsam gehst bist du in 1 er Minute da.
Die Innenstadt ist 15 min Entfernt, der See 10 Minuten. Es liegt also super Zentral. HBF 15 Min circa.
Entspannt, rücksichtsvoll und liebe 2 Mitbewohner*innen. Sie achten auf dich und nehmen Rücksicht, ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Du kannst deine Ruhe haben, aber auch immer gut mit ihnen Quatschen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bad ist auch mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Wenn du Lust hast, sende eine Nachricht und Stelle dich kurz vor. Dann können wir schnell auch ein Treffen zum Kennenlernen vereinbaren.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer:
179,16 Miete (Mit Gas)
Internet ca: 12,09 Euro
Strom - ca. 10,33 Euro
Also sehr günstig für die gute Lage direkt an der Uni! :)
Wichtig ist: Bürgschaft muss vorhanden sein. Und Eintragung als Hauptmieter (alle sind Hauptmieter)
