Hallo zusammen,
in unserer gemütlichen 7er-WG in Neuried wird ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß, sehr hell und hat drei bodentiefe Fenster mit Zugang zum Balkon – perfekt für die Abendsonne. Es ist möbliert und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Start braucht.

Wir wohnen in einem großzügigen Reihenhaus mit Garten, was im Sommer ideal für gemeinsame Grillabende oder entspannte Stunden draußen ist. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eine große voll ausgestattete Küche und genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.

Wir suchen einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten neuen Mitbewohner*in, der/die gut in unsere entspannte WG passt. Wenn du Lust auf ein helles Zimmer mit Balkonzugang, ein nettes Miteinander und eine top Lage hast, melde dich gerne mit ein paar Infos zu dir!

Hello everyone,
A room is becoming available in our cozy 7-person shared flat in Neuried! The room is about 20m², very bright, and has three floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the balcony – perfect for enjoying the evening sun. It’s fully furnished and has everything you need for an easy and relaxed start.

We live in a spacious townhouse with a garden, which is ideal for BBQ evenings or just chilling outside in the summer. There are two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to store bikes.

We’re looking for a friendly and easy-going new flatmate who fits well into our relaxed WG vibe. If you’re interested in a bright room with balcony access, a nice community atmosphere, and a great location, feel free to send us a message with a few details about yourself!

Our flatshare consists of students and working professionals – a diverse mix of German and international flatmates. We speak both German and English, respect each other’s privacy, have a shared cleaning schedule, and enjoy catching up in the kitchen or out on the balcony from time to time.
