da mein Mitbewohner mich Ende Juli verlassen wird suche ich für sein Zimmer eine/n Nachfolger/in. Das Zimmer ist 16m² und kann möbliert übernommen werden (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode), muss aber nicht. Dadurch, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um einen Altbau handelt sind die Decken sehr hoch und auch die Fenster sind groß, wodurch den ganzen Tag über genug Licht in das Zimmer fällt.

because my flatmate is leaving me at the end of July, I am looking for a new flatmate now. The room I offer is 16m² and you can rent it with or without the furniture (bed, cupboard, desk, chair, dresser). Since the flat is situated in an old building, the ceilings are high and the windows are big which is great because you will have enough daylight during the day.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grevinckstraat. Von hier aus kann man zu Fuß zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 5-8 Minuten erreichen und gelangt dadurch zu allen wichtigen Orten, wie der Uni und dem Bahnhof. In nur 3 Minuten läufst du zum Park Hoogevelt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet nur 350m von der Wohnung entfernt.
The flat is located in Grevinckstraat. From here you can easily reach two bus stops, which will take you to important locations such as the University or to the train station (5-8 minutes, accessible on foot). Within 3 minutes you will reach Park Hoogevelt and the nearest supermarket is located in only 350 meters.
Mein Name ist Lotte und ich wohnen nun schon seit 2 Jahren hier in Nimwegen und studiere Psychologie. Bisher haben wir uns in der WG immer super verstanden und auch gerne mal was unternommen oder einfach in der Küche bei einem Bier geredet bis wir müde waren. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir das beibehalten würden. Natürlich soll trotzdem jede/r den Freiraum bekommen den er oder sie braucht. Frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann nichts muss!
My name is Lotte and I live in Nimwegen for 2 years now. I study psychology and till now we always got along very well in the flatshare. We sometimes went out or drank beer and talked in the kitchen until we became tired. I would be happy if we continue with that, but of course everyone should get his or her room and feel free to do what he or she is up to.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.8.19 frei, du kannst aber auch erst etwas später einziehen.
Die 10€ sonstige Kosten sind für das WLAN. Alle Kosten sind in den 355€ inbegriffen.
