Für ca. 270 EUR Warmmiete wird noch 1 WG-Mieter für eine 4er-WG in 56291 Norath gesucht. Zimmergröße 18 qm, Bad und Wohnküche gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen. Raumhöhe normal, keine Schrägen. Zimmer ist selbst zu renovieren. 2 Bäder, Dachboden und Scheune sind auch vorhandem. Rauchen nicht erwünscht, Tiere höchstens eine Katze (Freigänger). Handwerker sehr willkommen. Es wird keine Luxusausstattung angestrebt (der Flur ist z.B. nicht beheizt, was die Ölkosten minimiert). Türen fast noch alle alt und sollen Stück für Stück ersetzt werden. Böden und Treppe aus alten Holzdielen, teilweise mit PVC.
Ein schöner Garten (statt dem asphaltierten Hof) muss erst noch entstehen.
Haus liegt zentral neben der Kirche, an deren Glocke man sich gewöhnen muss. Supermärkte sind ca. 6 km entfernt (Emmelshausen), Buslinie vorhanden.
