I'm offering a wonderful double-room in an amazing, refurbished house in top location.
The room is quite big (around 14qm), with laminate and it's fully furnished with a double-bed, wardrobe, desk and two drawers.
There is another double bedroom on the first floor(same size, also available for rent).
The ground floor has a nice, modern kitchen including fume hood, gas cooker and a big dining table. Additionally there is a lounge with a single seater and a sofa, a very comfortable room!
Last summer the bathroom has been renewed (washing machine incl), the whole house has been painted and new carpets have been fit in!
In total a really nice, modern house and worth to have a look!
Rent is 65 pounds per week + bills (around 35 pounds per month).
The house is located in Lenton and as it's along Castle boulevard it's very convenient to go to the city centre or university park and the big sainsbury is just opposite the canal. Also easy access to the canal to walk along the canal towpath.
