The room is 14.5 square meters tall, rectangular cut and has a window to the garden side out.
The apartment has a kitchen, with oven, 4 frying areas, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
There is also a basement (where the washing machine is also available), where more than enough can be placed. The bathroom has a floor heating.
This also includes a small garden, towards the main road.
In not 5 minutes walk you can reach a rewe, a pharmacy, a DM and a Jysk directly next to each other quickly.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. The city centre is 20-40 minutne, depending on where you want to go. At the TH Nuremberg you are always caught between 30 and 45 minutes.
Boxdorf is also connected to a well-developed cycle path to Nuremberg, so this (first right in summer) is an option.
Another second room is free and the third room will soon be free, making it ideal if you want to move with friends or rent several rooms.
Everyone has their own rental contract, so you don't have to worry about monetary matters, even the other tenants need to find quickly.
As I said, the complete Wg/apartment is free, so you can decide yourself how your future Wg life should look.
The house has a solar panel, so you can buy electricity from the landlord, which is significantly cheaper than the electricity of contracts.
