Hello,
we are a FLINTA*-WG looking for a new*n roommate (FLINTA* only). And maybe you're looking for us, too?
Here is the facts about the room:
The room is large and bright, rectangular cut, has 3.6 m high white walls and a large window through which a lot of light comes into the room all year round. It goes out to Maximilianstraße and we're in 1. So, you shouldn't be too sensitive to noise - there's plenty of light coming into the room in the morning.
Our apartment is in an old building, therefore also the beautifully high rooms - it really has a lot of charm. Overall, the apartment is very large, we have a cozy kitchen with a small balcony, a huge hallway, a large common living room and a very spacious balcony that goes from the living room to the courtyard and is covered.
The room is free from March and costs a total of 425 € rent (with ancillary costs), as there is only GEZ and internet. We are happy if you write us now and we do not have to find someone on the last pusher, but all have enough time to see if we fit together well, because we do not understand ourselves as a WG in which people are only on their way, but like to live together family.
The WG is located on Maximilianstraße between the Wiesengrund/the Theodor Heuß Bridge and the U Bahn Station Maximilianstraße. This makes it not far to the next green, but you can also get to the U railway in 3 minutes. The meadow ground offers great possibilities for jogging, cycling, reading on the meadow, beer on the river... With the wheel it takes approx. 10-15 minutes to the city centre and Gostenhof is close to the run, which allows cozy pub evenings or culinary snacks relaxed. At the U Bahn there is a savings bank and the Lidl is our direct neighbour. In addition, there is 3 minutes by bike from a shopping area, a rewe and an unpacked shop. Otherwise we have a small pizza snack at the corner, which is super nice and also some other shops within reach.
Currently, there are four people who like to live here. One of them now moves back to Berlin and therefore we are looking for a person who wants to live with us. Sometimes it is a little turbulent and chaotic with us, always funny and loving. We are all happy to travel in Nuremberg and elsewhere, but we always like to spend time together. In the summer very often on our beautiful balcony, at present more with tea in the living room for film watching, or in one of the nearby pubs for bullshit. Often the sieve carrier machine unites us on the breakfast table and bread rolls from the bakery also very regularly on weekends, and also for dinner and delicious food we like to come together. We three, who remain, have different jobs, in education, in social work and at university. Politically interested we are all three, engaged in feminist and migration political groups and always have to have for excited discussions in the kitchen table. Two of us are in a relationship with each other, all three are happy to go among people and friends, we all like to cook, go to concerts or celebrate. One of us is a theatre enthusiast, a music enthusiast, a third just writes this text and wonders what enthusiasm it might well emphasize.
There is no place for us: sexism, racism, homophobia and other discriminatory attitudes.
