quiet location and yet central, from us it is 2min to the bus which is in 3 min on the subway 1, Maximilianstrasse. From there you can get anywhere, at Maximilianstraße you will find Aldi, Kaufland, Lidl. If you want to eat, there is a Chinese restaurant and a Greek restaurant near the source tower.

we are several people in the house, so that you can always find someone to entertain, cook together, etc., which if everything fits, even put together in the garden and grill.
There are seats and loungers in the garden to relax
We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A convenient bathroom with only shower, as all at different times leave their rooms, there is no traffic jam. We talk and cook together, depending on how the individual desires. All have different working hours.
We too, the landlords are always there. In summer we are very happy in the garden.
