It is rented unfurnished, if necessary the clothes rack can be taken over
We are a 5 Wg with a total apartment of 150 sqm2, a large open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a long large hallway, which is additionally used as a storage room.
It is located in the beautiful Gostenhof, directly at Fürther Straße at the Ubahn stop Bärenschanze (U1). The WG is located in the backyard, so it is super quiet and you can hardly hear the street with open windows and with closed windows. You have a Norma and an aldi in 5 minutes walk and loud beautiful coffee and pubs along the street. Pegnitzauen are also within walking distance.
Raul, 28 years old, works passionately as a nurse and likes to set up as a DJ in his spare time. In addition, he is currently working with his collective, developing new ideas and implementing actions.
Julian, 28 years, is (self-employed) screamer, a super guitar player and likes to be out in nature. In addition, he is super open-minded, musically sounded and generally an all-round talent.
Nelly, 29 years old, is making an education a nurse and is always on the go. She cooks great and has a great humor. Often you hear her laughing through the apartment sound.
Anna, 23 years old, is super open-minded and warm and currently oriented with various internships. She is artistically gifted and is actually a time traveler from the 70s. Anna has many different projects she devotes to.
And then there's Moochie, the sweetest WG cat ever:)
We are an open-minded, fun and harmonious WG. We are happy to sit together in the living room in the evening, drink, eat, laugh or exchange just as our day was.
Each of us puts both worth on a beautiful combination as well as the possibility to withdraw.
