Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for our nice WG in Maxwell from 01.04.2025.
Will be Juan (artist and educator) and Viktor (Siemens). We are two nice German Latinos and are looking for a new roommate for our cool WG. With us everything is very relaxed - we cook and always talk together but also everyone has his own room.
The 17 sqm room was renovated last year.

The room is rented partly furnished.
There is a bed (1.4m x 2m), a small table, chair and a closet in the room. It can therefore be obtained immediately.

Wird sind Juan ( Künstler und Erzieher) und Viktor (Siemens). Wir sind zwei nette angedeutschen Latinos und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere coole WG. Bei uns ist alles sehr entspannt 😎 wir kochen und quatschen immer zusammen aber auch jeder hat seine Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer .
Das 17 qm große Zimmer wurde im letzen Jahr renoviert.
Im Zimmer ist ein TV SAT-Anschluss.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet.
Es befindet sich ein Bett(1,4m x 2m), ein kleiner Tisch, Stuhl und ein Schrank im Zimmer. Es kann somit sofort bezogen werden.
Perfekt wenn man neu nach Nürnberg zieht. Erst einmal ankommen, dann steht dem einleben und einrichten nichts mehr im Wege.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer besonders vorteilhaften Lage in der Nürnberger Nordstadt, im Stadtteil Maxfeld.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Rennweg ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, die Haltestelle Maxfeld ist ca. 4 Minuten entfernt.
Zur Friedrich Alexander Universität sind es ca. 300m.
Die Wöhrder Wiese und die Technische Hochschule Georg Simon Ohm sind ca. 800m entfernt.
Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich auch der neu angelegte Nürnberger Stadtpark.
In ca. 30m Entfernung befindet sich eine Wäscherei, bei der unter der Woche für 3€ gewaschen werden kann.
