Shorten about me:
I, Adnan, have been studying INFOTECH and working in mobile technology. In leisure I like to do sports, I like to go swimming, hiking or driving. Next task are: camping and chess.

The Philip, studies BWL at the FAU, does sports at the gym and cooking very much.

With us the life of the WG is very harmonious and we would like to continue. Relaxing communication, sometimes together cooking / eating and chilling on the balcony are a few views of our WG. But as you have probably read a hundred times, everyone has their freedom and can withdraw when you like
It is important, however, that it should not be ZWECK-WG and that you also have certain basic skills.

In rent all costs are already in it (additional costs, electricity, Internet, heating, GEZ), you do not have to pay extra (except for the end of the year comes electricity / heating extra payment, which has not been the case until now).

Kürz über mich:
Ich, Adnan, habe INFOTECH studiere und arbeite in Mobilfunk Technik. In Freizeit treibe Ich gerne Sport, gehe Ich gerne schwimmen, wandern oder Fahrad fahren. Next Task sind : Camping und Schach.

Der Philip, studiert BWL an der FAU, macht Sport beim Fitness Studio und Kocht sehr gerne.

Bei uns ist das WG-Leben sehr harmonisch und möchten wir gerne weiter auch. Entspannend Kommunikation, ab und zu mal zusammen Kochen/Essen und gechillt Abends auf dem Balkon sind ein paar Ansichtungen von unsere WG. Wie du aber schon vermutlich hundertmal gelesen hast, hat jeder seinen Freiraum und kann sich zurück ziehen, wann man mag 😀
Wichtig ist, dass es jedoch KEINE ZWECK-WG sein soll und, dass man auch gewisse Grundordnungsskills besitzt 😀

In Miete sind alle Kosten schon darin (Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Heizung, GEZ ), muss man nicht extra zahlen (außer am ende des Jahres kommt Strom/Heizung Nachzahlung, was aber bis jetzt nicht der Fall gewesen 😉 ).
Die Ablöse Kosten sind für die verschiedenen Haushalt / Küche Geräte w.zB. die gemeinsam zur Nutzung immer Verfügbar sind.

WG hat alles Was Mann für normal Leben braucht (Khülschrank, Waschmaschine, Electroherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Bad mit Dusche usw.).

Since I unfortunately have animal allergy, the animals / owners are not welcome. And the same applies to smokers, for which we ask for understanding.
If you move out, the deposit will of course be paid back when everything is fine. It would first be a temporary lease, with option for extension.

Da Ich leider Tierallergie hat, sind die Tiere/Tierbesitzer nicht erwünscht. Und gleiche gilt für Raucher auch, dafür bitten wir um Verständnis.
Wenn Du ausziehst, die Kaution wird natürlich wieder zurück bezahlt wenn alles in Ordnung ist. Es wäre zu erst ein Befristet Mietvertrag sein, mit Option zur Verlängerung.
