We have a large 22 sqm room in our beautiful WG from 01.03.25. The room has laminate floor, 3 meters high old building ceilings and is very bright overall.
The apartment has a newly furnished kitchen five years ago with dishwasher and is fully equipped with everything you need. From the kitchen you can reach our balcony with self-built balcony furniture and views of the backyard. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Our fourth room is our storeroom where the washing machine is standing and everyone has plenty of space for their food, etc. In addition, we have the possibility to park bicycles in front of the house and in the bicycle cellar. Otherwise we have our own relatively large basement compartment.
There is also a very nice and helpful house community waiting for you. The room and the apartment are quiet enough to work but also lively enough that after the evening you can sit together or spend the weekend time together.
The WG is in a super location – in the beautiful Schoppershof. We have the subway stop Schoppershof (U2-direction Airport/HBF) right around the corner and the bus outside the door, so you are super connected. The city centre is 10 minutes by bike, 5 minutes to Rathenauplatz. Stadtpark and Wöhrder See are also just a few minutes' walk away, and the Computing Mountain Park, newly equipped with sports equipment, is right next door.
Shops are just outside the door: next door is a Norma and 2 minutes by bike is a shopping center with Edeka Center, DM and everything else you might need. Bakers, pharmacy, post office and restaurants are also reached in 3 minutes.
With us, unfortunately, our roommate Tobias pulls out with his dog. That's why we, Janika and Bene, are looking for a new roommate.
Heyo, I'm Janika, 20 years old and learned guitar maker.
I currently work in a horticultural company but also in the handicrafts farm in the glass shop.
In my spare time I like to live creatively and at this season I am also totally in the crochet fever.
At least I play guitar, tanze flamenco, like walking, and climbing.
I like being out in nature but also in the city.
Tuesday I always find myself in another bar to the regular table.(New members warmly welcome:))
Moin, and I'm Bene, 30 years old and working at #TeamPurple for two years. I like to do things like coffee, boulders, cycling, more coffee and, if possible, close to the sea bridge. Besides, I like to cook and eat with others. Politically, I would classify myself left-green and it would be relatively important to me that we agree on some basics: e.g.: racism & fascism = big sack and feminism & tolerance = pretty cool thing. Otherwise, I am very open to other opinions and would like to learn more and more about it;)
For a café trip, hiking, desi, Zbau, cycling tours and for an excursion to the airtime or the boulder hall we are always to have.
Included in the detachment are kitchen, balcony furniture, dishwasher, washing machine, wireless vacuum cleaner, curtains and blinds for windows, large wall cabinet and shoe rack in the hallway, all shelves in the common rooms, iron, window cleaners, clothes racks and of course all the kitchen utensils newly purchased in the past.
