The cabinet should be taken over as it is mounted on the wall. It would be great if you would take over the bed from the pre-rent, but it is not a must!!
We also have a balcony that shows in the courtyard 🌞
We live in Schoppershof, in 5 minutes you are on the subway and you don't have to go to the tram for much longer. Stadtpark and WöWi are also within easy walking distance
Shops, bakers, doctors etc. there is enough. In addition, on the ground floor of the house there is an Italian restaurant, where you can sometimes get an espresso in passing:))
You live with me, Marie (22). I live here myself only since October and I am definitely open that we still redesign the apartment together, so feel free!
I like techno, concerts, close clothes and bake bread from and on to yourself, from which you will surely get something from :)) I'm currently studying social work.
I am always open to joint activities, cooking, beer sippen, celebrating or relaxing togetherness, but even if you like your rest, my social battery is not infinite. So would be great if you saw that similar

The rent is approx. 435€ - I currently don't know if I take over the WLAN contract of the pre-rente, it can be that the rent is still changing, but not serious
You can bring everything you have on furniture or utensils. Since the pre-rente takes some things from the kitchen, it can be that here for both of us a few more costs, depending on the :))
