All rooms are rented individually, so no one has the stress as the main tenant.

Uns ist wichtig, dass es ein harmonisches Miteinander ist und sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen. Daher versuchen wir bei unserer Bewerberauswahl darauf zu achten, dass ihr alle auch unserer Einschätzung nach gut zusammen passt.

Alle Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, so hat niemand den Stress als Hauptmieter.

Grundsätzlich gilt eine Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten.
