Ich ziehe Ende Dezember aus, miete das Zimmer allerdings noch bis März (Kürzerer Zeitraum auch möglich!), da ich eine dreimonatige Kündigungsfrist habe. Da ich das Zimmer in dieser Zeit nicht nutze würde ich es gerne untervermieten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer danach unbefristet zu mieten. Dies muss mit dem Vermieter abgeklärt werden.
Es wird ein 17qm2 großes, helles Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG frei. Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke und ein großes Fenster, welches zur Südseite raus geht und wovon man vor allem im Sommer einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Mitvermietet wird ein Bett (90 cm Breite, es handelt sich um ein anderes Bett als im Bild gezeigt), ein Schreibtisch und ein großer Schrank.
Gesamtmiete: 395 €. Internet, Strom und Heizung sind grundsätzlich dabei enthalten.
Kaution: 740€ (2x Miete)
Im Haus wohnen 10 Parteien - pro Stockwerk 2 WGs (außer im Erdgeschoss). Wir wohnen in dem 3. OG rechts – Aufzug gibt es keinen. Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, ein Bad und einen Balkon. Das größte Zimmer wird als Wohnzimmer genutzt und beinhaltet ein paar Couches, Fernseher sowie PS5. Wir haben eigentlich alle lebensnotwendigen Großgeräte wie Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine sowie eine gute ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backoffen & Mikrowelle. Wir haben ein eigenes Keller- und Dachbodenabteil, wo Sachen gelagert werden können. In unserem Innenhof sind überdachte Fahrradstellplätze.
I'm moving out at the end of December, but I'm renting the room until March (shorter period also possible!), because I have a three-month notice period. Since I do not use the room in this time I would like to sublet it. There is the possibility to rent the room for an indefinite period. This must be clarified with the renter.
There is a 17sqm2 large, bright room in our 4-person shared apartment available. The room has a high ceiling and a large window facing south, from which you can watch a beautiful sunset, especially in summer. The room is rented with a bed (90 cm wide, it is a different bed than shown in the picture), a desk and a large wardrobe.

In the house live 10 parties - per floor 2 WGs (except on the first floor). We live in the 3rd floor on the right - there is no elevator. The apartment has 5 rooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The biggest room is used as a living room and includes a couple of couches, TV as well as PS5. We actually have all the major appliances necessary for living such as dishwasher and washing machine as well as a good equipped kitchen with fridge, oven & microwave. We have our own basement and attic compartment where things can be stored. In our courtyard are covered bicycle parking.
Das Zimmer befindet sich an Dürrenhofstraße, 4 Minuten zu Fuß von Wöhrder-Wiese sowie TH-Nürnberg entfernt. S-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle Stephanstraße befindet sich direkt vor der Tür des Hauses. Zum HBF fährt die Linie 43/44 (ca. 7 min) sowie die S1 (ca. 1 min).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen und ein Kiosk, der bis 22 Uhr offen hat, ist gleich um die Ecke. Es gibt auch eine Pizzeria, einen Inder und einen Döner, welche innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
The room is located on Dürrenhofstraße, 4 minutes walk from Wöhrder-Wiese as well as TH-Nürnberg. S-Bahn and streetcar are within a few minutes walking distance. The bus stop Stephanstraße is directly in front of the house. To the main station the line 43/44 (approx. 7 min) as well as the S1 (approx. 1 min) goes.
Shopping facilities are also within easy reach and a kiosk, which is open until 10 pm, is just around the corner. There is also a pizzeria, an Indian and a kebab, which are within a few minutes walk.
Unser Zusammenleben entspricht dem einer Berufstätigen-WG. Zwischen viel Arbeit, Freund*innen und unterschiedlichen Hobbys treffen wir uns immer wieder – meist beim Essen oder Kaffee machen – in der Küche und quatschen über Gott & Welt. Manchmal 15 Minuten, manchmal auch drei Stunden. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten außerhalb der WG-Räume sind selten, können aber auf Wunsch sicherlich organisiert werden.
Our life together corresponds to that of a working flat-sharing community. Between a lot of work, friends and different hobbies, we meet again and again - usually while eating or making coffee - in the kitchen and chat together. Sometimes for 15 minutes, sometimes for three hours. Joint activities outside the shared rooms are rare, but can certainly be organized on request.
