we offer you a room in a newly renovated, charming and fully furnished apartment just 600m from the metro road!
The 4-room apartment on the 1st floor was almost completely rented after the renovation (in November) and is therefore still brand new. The accommodation of the apartment in the western part contains the following:

wir bieten euch ein Zimmer in einer frisch renovierten, charmante und komplett möblierte Wohnung nur 600m von der U-Bahn Rennweg entfernt!
Die 4-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock wurde nach der Renovierung (im November) fast vollständig vermietet und ist somit noch nagelneu. Die Austattung der Wohnung beinhaltet im westenlichen das Folgende:
- Hochwertig möblierte Zimmer, welche alle einen großen Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kunst haben
- Eine voll ausgestattet Küche mit freistehendem Kühlschrank, neuem Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine
- Modernes Bad und mit neuem Waschtrockner.
Nun noch ein paar Details zur Lage und der angedachten Miete:
- Das Zimmer ist verfügbar ab März. Gemietet werden kann sehr gerne längfristig (mindestens für 6 Monate), aber wie es euch passt.
- Nebenkosten: Diese sind pauschal angesetzt, alles inklusive (auch WiFi und Rundfunkgebühren).
- Super zentrale Lage in der Ludwig-Feuerbach Straße, direkt um die Ecke sind die U-Bahn Haltestellen „Schoppershof“ und "Rennweg". Die Innenstadt Nürnbergs ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht und der Hauptbahnhof ebenfalls in 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn (3 Minuten Fahrzeit).
Kaution wäre ganz normal zwei Kaltmieten.
