The WG is located in the city of Nuremberg. The main station is about 8 minutes, in the city centre about 15 minutes. It is about half an hour on foot to the OHM or the FAU in the Nuremberg location.

We have some shopping options here. Whether Rewe, Aldi, DM or a Turkish supermarket, everything is nearby.

There's also a tram every 10 minutes. The underground station "Aufseßplatz" is also only 5 minutes away.

If you want to park at the front door, you need a resident parking card and otherwise the parking situation is a little difficult. It is best not to have a car here and use public transport.

Die WG befindet sich in der Nürnberger Südstadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 8 Minuten, in die Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten. Zur OHM oder zur FAU im Standort Nürnberg ist es ca. eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß.

Wir haben hier einige Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Egal ob Rewe, Aldi, DM oder ein türkischer Supermarkt liegt alles in der Nähe.

Außerdem fährt alle 10 Minuten eine Straßenbahn. Die U-Bahnstation "Aufseßplatz" ist auch nur 5 min. entfernt.

Wer vor der Haustür parken will, braucht einen Bewohnerparkausweis und ansonsten ist die Parksituation etwas schwierig. Am besten ist es, hier kein Auto zu haben und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen.

Currently 2 men (John and Okan) and 1 woman (Punjal) live in the WG.

I, Okan, are moving out soon, since I'm done with my trainee and I found something else. I lived here for almost 18 months.

Johannes is a student at the OHM and is a relaxed and helpful roommate. He still works as a work student in the next room and likes to be out on the road or to cook in the kitchen. He brings a relaxed and positive mood and always has an open ear for WG conversations.

Pujal is from India and has just written or is still sitting on her master's thesis. She is friendly, considerate and in itself rather quiet. It appreciates a pleasant and relaxed living atmosphere, but does not necessarily need common WG evenings.

What we are very important about is that the apartment is clean. We have a cleaning plan once a week.
Otherwise we are very unproblematic and the only problems we have are who goes to the bathroom.

Aktuell wohnen 2 Männer (Johannes und Okan) und 1 Frau (Punjal) in der WG.

Ich, Okan, ziehe demnächst aus, da ich fertig mit meinem Trainee bin und etwas anderes gefunden habe. Habe knapp 18 Monate hier gelebt.

Johannes ist Student an der OHM und ist ein entspannter und hilfsbereiter Mitbewohner. Er arbeitet im nebenbei noch als Werkstudent und ist gerne draußen unterwegs oder kocht entspannt in der Küche. Er bringt eine lockere und positive Stimmung mit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für WG-Gespräche.

Pujal kommt aus Indien und hat gerade ihre Masterarbeit geschrieben bzw. sitzt noch daran. Sie ist freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und an sich eher ruhig. Sie schätzt eine angenehme und entspannte Wohnatmosphäre, braucht aber nicht unbedingt gemeinsame WG-Abende.

Worauf wir sehr viel Wert legen ist, dass die Wohnung sauber ist. Bei uns wird einmal die Woche nach Putzplan geputzt.
Ansonsten läuft es bei uns sehr unproblematisch und die einzigen Probleme die wir haben sind, wer wann ins Bad geht.

As the Internet contract is currently running on Okan, we are also looking for someone to take over the M-Net contract. If that suits you or you have a solution, let's talk about it.

The tour can be performed in the evening or online (about 30 minutes). In addition, each of us is the main tenant of our room, so there are no problems that one of us must act as the main tenant.

Da der Internetvertrag aktuell auf Okan läuft, suchen wir außerdem jemanden, der den M-Net-Vertrag übernimmt. Falls das für euch passt oder ihr eine Lösung habt, lasst uns gerne darüber sprechen.

Die Besichtigung kann abends bzw. online durchgeführt werden (ca. 30 min.). Außerdem ist jeder von uns der Hauptmieter von unserem Zimmer, somit gibt es keine Probleme, das einer von uns als Hauptmieter fungieren muss.
